Dealt with them for sometime nearly every day for sometime ordering speciality plumbing parts. Old and new. Not a part they cannot identify if you can't and there lead times are always correct. Best in the business.

This place has been around since my plumbing apprenticeship days a little over 20 yrs ago. Absolute"go to" player in 4th quarter for parts, particularly residential plumbing needs. Great group of guys to count on... What's up Ed and Chris! Jerome with Freeline Inc.

The people here are truly amazing. Their expertise and customer service are the best that I have experienced.I was doing a DIY plumbing project. I needed some parts (one of which was an old shower faucet handle). I sent them photos. Some are old parts and they found me an alternative solution. They had to look through a several hundred page book of plumbing parts (an inch or so thick) to find the part that can work for me. I was skeptical but I took it back to my place and it fit like a glove exactly as he told me. Wow.As a comparison here, I called and emailed Ferguson's and never heard back. Home Depot is not going to have anyone that is as knowledgeable as them to find me what I need. Also Ferguson is also not going to be as knowledgeable and I know this because I have been in the store to buy something else.TM O'Donnell is a little further away from me than other places but worth the trip. If I ever need another plumbing item, they will be the first to call on my list.

This is an excellent source for plumbing parts especially for older homes with plumbing fixtures now rare in the market. We have replaced the inner parts of our bathtub faucets and some sink parts here. During COVID-19 they don't allow entry into to the building. Order by phone or you can text them from outside. They will bring parts to your vehicle, handle payment by credit card. Super safe and reliable!

They are the final helper if you are in despair to find the exact plumbing part to replace. Recommended by a kind senior salesman at Ferguson. During the pandemic, they no longer offer in person shopping but accept pictures sent to either Chris or Ed’s cell phone. Thank you, Chris! Your store deserves another five star.

Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff! I do a lot of handyman stuff around the house, and sometimes get in a little over my head with getting things done the *right* way - always with the goal of meeting or surpassing the level of fit & finish that a competent professional would achieve. I have been to T.M. O'Donnell twice to pick up hard-to-find-in-stock plumbing parts and ask for advice. It's like the best hometown hardware or car parts store that has been around for decades - they've seen it all, and are happy to help. The College Park / Laurel / Beltsville / Hyattsville area is really lucky to have a plumbing shop like this in business. Fergusons stores often refer customers to T.M. O'Donnell much like a primary care doctor would refer a patient to a specialist. Unlike a medical procedure, you can just go to the specialist first (T.M. O'Donnell) and get the parts and any info you need on the first trip! Remember to bring cash if you only need a small part or two, as they prefer to only accept credit cards for purchases over $10.
