It took them MORE THAN A MONTH to get my Goddaughter's items from College Park, Md to Austin, Texas. And then, some items were damaged. Horrible communication and abysmal customer service.

Very poor service. My furniture was damage and some completely missing. The claims department is a joke. They go by the weight of items .60 cents per pound. They tried giving me 39.00 for the damage and lost items. Taking them to court. Dont use them. It look them weeks to get my furniture.

I would not used this company period. Poor communication mean. No call. No text. No updates etc. keep the customer in the dark. Can’t understand why they are in business with that service they have zero communication not reliable at alll.
