I call this location and person name Pablo put me hold for over 10minutes. I need water heater i want to give them business but this place is not worth to give business. Very bad business.

Horrible costumer service put me on hold more than an hour don't even care or bothered, lost people don't know why they are there, manager doesn't know how to manage, giggling with them instead of embarrassed of his failure.
