Great customer service. Representatives almost always available by chat and people actually call me back. It's easy to talk to a live person. Even better, I feel good about my money staying in my community. I like that they make loans to my neighbors. I wanted to bank Black, but the Black-owned banks didn't offer the services I needed. Banking locally in Prince George's County is banking, Black, for all practical purposes. I'd rather keep my money here than at some giant corporate bank that survives on taxpayer handouts.

They are the worst people to deal with when it comes to customer service, I'll have to pay off their credit card and close the account, they hang up the phone on me after inquiring about my credit card, they are rude and obnoxious and have no regard for customer.

I spend my time here to apply for a personal loan supposedly they will call me the next day because a issue in my ID, never call me back I sent an email to the person who promised me to call me he never reply me back.I feel discriminated to be honest. ☹️

No complaints here. It doesn't matter what branch you go to, if you call or walk in, the staff are always so friendly and helpful. They have great loan rates and most of the conveniences and services of retail and commercial banks.

Leave the big banks and come get your life at PGCFCU! This place is awesome! No fees, no nonsense, no issue. I'm not sure about anyone else, but I like to check my account(s) daily to ensure that debits have posted and cleared to my account without any problems. There are NO problems with this credit union. They process and post transactions super quick and I love it! Doesn't matter who the merchant is - it will land in your account in 24 hours! Bank of America, Cash app, a restaurant...it will clear and/or show up so quick that it isn't even funny! I literally just got $ from a friend on the Cash app and the Cash app said it would arrive in my account within three days. Well....PGCFCU had the $ live and in living color the NEXT DAY! They also have competitive ratings on their savings and investment products, so if you're looking for a new place to hold some of your money, come on over to PGCFCU...and tell em' Trina sent you!

After years of using the PGCFCU it has been ever evident that something are not worth being without. This particular branch is where I started my experience. It is unique as things go as the notion of human interaction is divorced almost completely. Imagine inside of out your conducting of account business is with a telephone, camera and a paper suction tube. Cutting corners at this point is purely at the expense of the consumers. Of course perhaps all members are to be thankful to the Chief Operations Officer Hardley. Whose salary must be pretty big since they have taken away the customer friendly bank of tellers. Why should she recieve her salary? As her only apparent preferred form of customer interaction is email. Well in conclusion if you like the cold fish institution stay with PGCFCU...

Great customer service. Staff are very accommodating and welcoming. Never been disappointed coming here. It was a little weird at first speaking to teller through a screen as well as sending and receiving by a chute, but you get used to it.
