PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!! 1st Amendment is freedom of speech. I was told to take down my original post down before they would pay for what they messed up.Originally, I went to this location to get my radiator fixed b/c the car was over heating. Informed the "owner" that if he contacts the warranty company they will pay for the issues, I will pay the deposit and we will be good. They put the radiator in and messed up the AC. Fixed the AC and the transmission starts acting up. They then told me, I would have to see the people who put the transmission in about the issue. The transmission is new and only 6 months old max. Take the car to them, who informed me there was no transmission fluid due to whoever put the radiator in left something loose. After 3 days of calling everyone on precision website and 2 locations(Who were claiming they were reaching out also). Returned a call and stated they would NOT pay for anything and its not their fault. So, I was stuck with a $544 bill . I had to reach out to Repair Pal who stepped in contacted all parties and let this "owner" know this issue was due to lack of resolution on their part. Repair Pal was willing to pay for half if precision paid for the rest. The "owner" then told Repair Pal they would only pay for the half if I TOOK MY ORIGINAL REVIEW DOWN AND NEVER WENT TO ANOTHER PRECISION EVER! I had to wait 4 hours for an oil change at a different location(Liberty Rd. Randallstown, MD) so I wasn't hurt about that at all. I took it down that morning but still took Precision 2 days to pay for their half. Not to mention the AC went out again after the transmission was fixed.Now I know you all read these I will follow your wishes to NEVER EVER EVER!!!! Go to another Precision as long as my family has my last name. This was a truly horrible experience and HQ wasn't even willing to listen to my complaint or look into this before they called and said its on you. (I still have the voicemail, also) While at this location they didn't even have oil to do oil changes. And would get smart with customers who walked in. Asked the customer, "Do you have oil because we don't". Please apply for a course in customer service, hospitality, mechanics and business.

Broke down from out of state on a SUNDAY. These guys took a look and had me driving back home the same day and even stood a bit late to do so.

The wait was minimal which was not a problem since I was a walk in and had not made an appointment.The staff was friendly, courteous, and efficient.I will definitely be going back.

Love the fact that the owner Dele was patient, listening, and assisting with the process. Also was willing to wait after hours for a bit to have the vehicle there ready for the next working day. Diagnostics was very detailed with full straight forward explanation for my understanding which also gave me knowledge and confidence of how my car functions & what they are talking about. 40+ years' experience from the head mechanic Landis, also straight forward as well. Dele the owner is genuinely sincere individual. Dele & Landis came with options in case I wasn't sure of what I can afford and helped with the pricing as well. Loved the fact they let me test drive after the work they did. I am grateful and will become a regular. Earned my trust.Service: Brakes

I just want to give a shout out to one of the repair guys, Elliott, who helped me pass the MD state inspection after my car initially failed due to damage to my bumper that would have cost me $400 and needed to be fixed in order to pass per the initial report. I brought my car back in this morning, 2 weeks after the initial inspection, to get the repairs done and after Elliott took another look at my car, he decided that the damage was minimal enough to be covered with corrective tape and that he’d talk to the inspector to go ahead and pass the inspection. I really appreciate it especially with inflation hiking prices up so I highly recommend seeing this guy if you need your car looked at to determine necessary vs. unnecessary repairs. Update: I came back for another service to get my brakes done. I was in and out without a problem. The mechanics are knowledgeable and professional. If there is a service that they don’t provide they have great recommendations for shops near by. This is a great auto service shop. 10 out of 10 recommend.Service: Brakes

i did a oil change, did not have the computer to reset the meter on my mercedes benz. you should have told me this up front i would have never let your guys touch my car.

HORRIBLE customer service!! The owner is a J***** He was rude when he noticed I bought a coupon with me for his location and acted like he was doing me a HUGE favor for accepting it. He basically kicked me out when I called him out on his BS. I will NEVER step foot in this location or any other Precision Tune again! Worst customer service I have ever experienced related to my car. He kept saying he was the owner & could do WHATEVER he wanted.
