My dog appears to like this place. I've boarded her 3 times and her tail is wagging when I bring her there and she's alive when I pick her up. Although I do not speak dog, that seems to check the correct boxes. Staff is friendly and appointments are easy to schedule

We boarded our dog here while we went to Japan last summer and he took great care of her! He sent us photos several photos of her which was nice as I didn't expect that but I sure did appreciate it!! He focused on leash training while she was there !which my dog really needed because she kept pulling on the leash on our walks! She was in good hands! I would highly recommend him if anyone's looking for training or boarding !

Good facility, nice staff. Lacking in conflict resolution and maybe in ability to match animals. Their “one strike” policy didn’t seem super transparent or fair. Animals need to be setup for success. Think they drop the ball in this department.

Left our 7-month old dog for 8 nights and requested daily photos as it was our first time. We got the photos and our dog came back to us in good condition and in good spirits. Seems like she enjoyed it.

Not a place I’d take my dog. They are not willing to completely listen to the owner when talking and explaining things before over talking you. They are not use to having nothing but novice breeds. My German Shepard and Belgian Malinois were beyond their expectations. My guard dogs don’t leave our side or house. And they were not listening to any thing they we said when it came to our dogs. I was disappointed.

As a trained handler, it was very obvious from the orientation the staff was inexperienced with handling, nor caring for K-9 breeds. The staff exhibited fear and hesitation when trying to get acquainted with the dogs and the dogs picked up on that. It was an absolute failure and a wasted trip. I strongly do not recommend. For novice breeds only.

My recent experience with Paradise 4 Pets was nothing short of a complete disaster. If I could give them a rating of zero stars, I most certainly would. The level of service provided by this establishment was absolutely abysmal and left me deeply disappointed.From the moment I walked through their doors, I was met with an overwhelming sense of chaos and disorganization. The staff appeared indifferent and disengaged, showing a complete lack of professionalism. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.To make matters worse, the condition in which the animals were kept was shocking. The facility was unclean, with a pervasive odor that indicated a severe lack of hygiene and proper maintenance. It was evident that the well-being and comfort of the animals were not a concern for Paradise 4 Pets.The staff seemed ill-equipped to handle the needs of the animals in their care. Basic tasks such as cleaning were neglected, leading to an environment that was not only unsanitary but also distressing for the animals.Moreover, the communication from the staff was consistently poor. They were unresponsive to inquiries, and appeared disinterested in addressing any concerns or issues raised. This lack of transparency and accountability is simply unacceptable.Based on my experience, I strongly urge pet owners to avoid Paradise 4 Pets at all costs. The deplorable service, unsanitary conditions, and complete disregard for the well-being of the animals demonstrate a profound lack of professionalism and care. I implore you to seek alternative options where your beloved pets will be treated with the respect and attention they deserve.Paradise 4 Pets was utterly horrendous. I cannot stress enough how strongly I discourage anyone from utilizing their services. Please save yourself the heartache and find a reputable establishment that prioritizes the well-being of your pets.Zero stars, without a doubt.

Paradise 4 Pets boarding services has proven to be an absolute nightmare. Despite being a loyal customer for two years and spending a substantial amount of money, totaling over $4,200 across three boarding services, they have treated us with complete disregard.Without any warning or explanation from the owner, they shockingly denied our husky any boarding services. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable and showcases their complete disregard for customer loyalty.To make matters worse, Paradise 4 Pets crams dogs into overcrowded cages, forcing four to five dogs to share limited space. This money-hungry approach deprives any dog of the necessary peace and relaxation they deserve during their stay. The environment is overwhelming, with over 100+ dogs present, resulting in constant barking that creates a stressful atmosphere. Additionally, the cages are surrounded by an abundance of feces, demonstrating a severe lack of cleanliness and hygiene.What's truly appalling is the complete absence of communication from the manager or owner. Instead of providing us with options or an explanation, they callously denied our husky any access to their daycare or boarding services.The level of customer service provided by Paradise 4 Pets is beyond deplorable. Their staff is not only rude and disrespectful, but their behavior borders on disgust. I strongly advise against entrusting them with the care of your beloved pets.The unprofessionalism exhibited by Paradise 4 Pets is reflected in the facility's dirty and unsanitary conditions. It is clear that their priorities lie solely in profit rather than the well-being of the animals they claim to care for.I strongly discourage anyone from considering Paradise 4 Pets for their boarding needs. Their money-driven practices, overwhelming and unsanitary environment, and abysmal customer service make them unfit to be entrusted with the care of any pet. After 13 years of being a loyal customer, we were refused because they decided they will no longer give our dog his insulin. We are heartbroken and can no longer recommend.
