This time, I needed a speciality paint called Romabio masonry flat and Regal was one of the only local retailers who had it in stock. They also color match and tint the paint on site. I received excellent customer service from Jose and the staff at Regal Paint Centers in Silver Spring. Jose went above and beyond to provide advice and direction for my project.”

“I'm a month late on posting this review.... I walked in knowing only what I was told to get. As I entered, I was greeted, after the employee finished with the previous customer, then he helped me. I explained what I wanted and what it was used for. He advised of the paint that I should use, which would be better and I took his word for it.He then went into detail to explain the difference in the paint, which I greatly appreciated because I knew nothing about it. He went above and beyond to make sure I had what was needed and that I was satisfied. His name is Anton and he deserves to be acknowledged. We need plenty more of him in these stores. Customer service should be a plus in the stores these days, and his customer service is A+ from me. Keep up the excellent work Anton!!”

“I've been to this Pittsburgh paint store probably 15 times. They've got a very good stock, their staff seems to know all the stock, and only once have I been gone in and not been able to get exactly what I wanted. They also do a nice job with delivery. Give him a one-day notice and you'll have the goods right where you want them when you want them. Pittsburgh has been a good company for me to deal with I've been very happy with the business relationship definitely two thumbs up”

He was very professional and patient. My experience, particularly with him, was 5 stars. So grateful for his input and time. He invested at least 2 hours with me.
