That's my story...I was devastated when my phone was given up for dead and when they tried to upsell me for a new one instea, so I headed to the reviews! After visiting Atif at Mobile2Mobile after only a few minute, my phone is now like brand new ... imagine that! “My experience at this store was amazing from start to finish! Stuart and the manager are terrific. It was refreshing to get such great customer service. It just doesn’t happen that often these days so I am extremely appreciative. Problem with my laptop was promptly assessed. Repairs came in at estimated quote. Delivered in advance of promised date. I was referred to UBWF by a staff member at Best Buy, so that says a lot too. Hope I don’t need services again, but if I do, I’ll go here for sure!”

“Visited on April 1 as the 5G phone that I got from Cricket stopped holding a charge and I was going to get my money back but then was thwarted by a paradox as Cricket had given me the phone free. Heidi, the salesperson on duty, helped my find a suitable, economical phone and set everything up for me as I dislike doing that part due to being 90 yrs old. I went back two weeks later to inquire about a hotspot and, luckily, Heidi was there again, and she figured out what kind of hotspot would suit me best. It was nice to get such quick, efficient service and Heidi was very knowledgeable and helpful. I realize eventually these stores will probably close in the near future as corporations go fully automated to avoid paying actual human workers and the machines will gain another toehold as they prepare to take over the world. However, until then, employees like Heid have my gratitude.”
