The techs are very friendly and knowledgeable of what they are doing. I love my contact person Donna Shenk. She keeps me updated on the repairs and always answers my questions in a timely manner.

Great service, they are very fast to offer an appointment and they take the time to even let you know when there is any cancellation so they can help you sooner.The service was done pretty fast and all our machines were checked thoroughly

This was our first time using your company and the representative I spoke with on the phone to schedule was friendly, quick to add us onto the schedule for our equipment to get looked at and the tech was friendly and quick at time of service. So happy with everything provided and will use again.

One of their drives almost ran into me while driving down route 50! He tried to switch lanes despite there being less than a car length to do so, I had to slam my breaks. When I honked at him he flipped me off and continued speeding and swerving in and out of cars, cutting many people off to get ahead. I called to complain and all I got was someone telling me they will hand it to the manger. I’m sure nothing will be done about this as looking through other reviews someone complained about the same thing so they are either hiring more horrible drivers or just didn’t fire the first one. ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES ACTIONS MATTER, he could’ve killed someone with that kind of driving and he would of been in your company car doing so.

The whole process with Med-Stat is seamless, from the scheduling of maintenance appointments, to very efficient techs that go above and beyond, to quick and easy billing process. The tech went well beyond their duties and helped us get in touch with the proper company to navigate a warranty issue. There has not been a single piece of equipment they were unable to fix.
