I must say after dealing with a few competitors, for me Masterpieces Granite & Marble were hands down my best experience in both quality and services. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

This place did a terrible fabrication for my beautiful Cambria Quartz- a real crap job- spent a year with MARVA trying to rectify their lousy fabrication- do not recommend at all. MARVA the company that handles the CAMBRIA mess ups is terrible to work with as well. Their 1 worker David is nice but the MARVA people are pretty nasty-

They broke my dishwasher, knocked a hole in the wall and scratched the kitchen floor. I had to hire someone to fix the dishwasher. When I called to complain they said they would get back to me but never did. The countertop installation was adequate.

Customer service is excellent. No one rushes you and they answered all my questions. I used them several years ago to have granite countertops installed in my kitchen. Did a very good job.

I would not recommend this company. The granite came in 5-6 pieces. Some of which were thicker than others. They even split the granite in half right in the center of the sink and my contractor did his best to make it look cohesive. NOT TO MENTION... I DID NOT GIVE THEM AUTHORIZATION TO RUN MY CARD!!!!! They made me pay 75% up front as a downpayment and my balance was a little over $600. They called me the Monday after thanksgiving to ask for authorization to run my card but because of the holiday I was busy catching up on work items. Although we are working from home because of COVID, there's still actual deliverables I must submit. I called them back after I finished a full day of meetings and to my surprise they took it upon themselves to save my card information and run my credit card without my authorization. I call that thievery! I am so upset. I called to ask why the lady on the phone said "anyway our business is done". Imagine someone taking your card information and using it without your authorization. I tried to explain to her I hoped on using my debit card so I wouldn't be charged interest but the damage had already been done. I will never use this company again! Unless you want your granite in a bunch of pieces and payments without authorization.

From start to finish, our experience with Masterpieces Granite was terrific - from selecting stone to laying out our countertops (fun!) to delivery and installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Recommend with highest marks!

I was very surprised to find a fabricator that would add that personal touch to the entire process. Masterpieces helped with every aspect of the counter top installation. I received information that only an experienced stone fabricator would have. I was kept informed on the detailed scheduling since our stone had an additional process. I had an additional visit from Masterpieces to correct a detail that was added after the installation. They were able to complete the additional item immediately to finish the house restoration and allow us to start enjoying the space.
