My towing experience with LL Towing LLC was extremely pleasant. I was referred to the company by my Uber driver who just so happened to be the uncle of the owner! I was given his number during my ride and able to make plans for my tow easily and without (some) hassle. Hassle on my part, but nonetheless, the owner, Lem took time to reach out to me to ensure my needs/services were met. He was extremely patient, and also listened when I needed to vent about my current car troubles! One of his employees, Marc, towed my vehicle to my mechanic but they both were extremely professional and polite! I would very highly recommend LL Towing LLC to anyone who needs a tow and currently will only be using this tow company! 10/10 service/customer service

I gave them a call to help pick up my mom’s C63 S and they were super friendly and easy to get in contact with. They handled the car with care and took care of all our concerns I would recommend to a friend!!!

I recently had an experience with Lem. I was referred to his towing services from a friend. I called him and he was able to provide services almost immediately. He dropped my car off to the Maserati dealership and sent me confirmation that it was dropped off. I thought everything went smooth until the Maserati dealership called me saying that whoever towed my car broke the tie rod which costs thousands of dollars for my car. I contacted Lem and at first he seemed as though he wanted to resolve the issue. Next thing I know, Lem stops replying and now, a couple weeks later, he is still dodging me and even tried to deny knowing anything at a certain point (however I have all texts between us indicating he is familiar with the issue). He will not even give me his insurance information so we can get this resolved. This is the most unprofessional towing company I have ever dealt with. I would NEVER refer anyone to Lem or any company he is affiliated with. BADDDDD BUSINESS!!!
