DO NOT FILE YOUR TAXES AT THIS LOCATION!!!! Had the most horrible encounter with a staff member name James. He was extremely rude! After coming up here for the second time this man told me the price of everything and when I said I didn’t want to file he get angry and showed me a small sign about a $50.00 fee that I was not charged when the other gentleman first entered my tax information in the system & for him to try to charge me when he wasn’t the one who entered any of my information or even explain the break down of my taxes when asked is unacceptable as a tax preparer. This man yelled at me, even spoked in his other language to me yelling which could have been threats. He even told the other person who worked there who actually wanted to solve my issue why was he was explaining anything to me if I wasn’t paying the $50.00. Customer service is number one with any business and great customer service isn’t being done at this location at all !!

Don't go here Ms. Rita Richardson is the worst. She's very unprofessional and unpleasant. She doesn't know how to prepare taxes properly. If she done your taxes I would suggest you have someone to look over them.

liberty tax in Beltsville don't take care of their customers I got my taxes done by Ms. Rita and I explained to her that I had to report my child tax deduction she completely ignored it and told me I was suppose to get a certain amount back from my taxes well when it came down to the actual day I got 90% less then what I was told by them, not only I paid around $400 to do my taxes with them they didn't acknowledge there mistake, I requested to at least get some of my money back that I paid for to do my taxes and they told me they will give me 50% off next year. Now why would I do my taxes with them again when they didn't do a good job. the manager didn't even bother calling me and tell me himself I highly don't recommend coming to this location they wont take care of you right. good customer service is knowing your mistake and helping your customer out they did the opposite
