Nick C. helped me out without a question today. These parts are expensive, he walked me through the entire warranty process and even emailed me to let me know that it was approved. Nick emailed me product info and also got me a credit app within a 2 minute conversation! I've been a Lennox customer for years and this gentlemens provided me with excellent service and answered all my questions within a few minutes of meeting me!
