Just an update. I found out I was pregnant a few months after joining. They helped me continue training safely up until the end. I think I stopped when I was 37 weeks or so just because my feet were hurting too badly. I can't wait until my son is old enough to join me at class! Now, eleven weeks later, I'm starting back up again from scratch. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. I know that as long as I can find time to get to class, I'll be back in shape in no time!

Just started, but really loving it. The instructors are nice and knowledgeable. The other students are helpful and patient. And everyone just seems like they want to learn and have a good time. Looking forward to learning more!
