It was a bit tough to get scheduled since they have so much business going through, but once I was on the docket they took care of me in no time.I went in expecting to just drop it off and pick it up in a few days and they decided to just do it last minute on the Friday of a Holiday weekend!I had my ride height adjusted and an alignment performed after I put on new coil overs. They somehow made sense of the goals I poorly communicated.On top of the quality of the service they also seemed generally passionate about the type of work they get to do. They're car people through and through.I only dropped like 2" so this is barely the tip of the iceberg of what they can do. The other cars in the shop were slammed and I overheard them talking someone OUT of spending more money with them because they knew a way to get the same effect for cheaperService: Wheel alignment

Tldr: Gr automotive wasted my time and destroyed my tires due to negligent alignemt.Came in for tire mount and balance and an alignment. Got there before the shop opened. Had to wait 20 minutes after opening time for someone to show up. Left car with them for roughly 2 hrs. Came back to see they hadn't even started on my car yet. When I asked about it, they said they could not figure out how to get it onto a lift to get wheels off. (No phone call within 2 hrs to tell me?) I had to do the work myself to get it onto the lift. Waited another 2 hrs for them to mount n balance tires and finally perform the alignment. Was so excited to finally be out of there that I didn't realize I never got an alignment spec sheet. 2 months later and new tires have been scrubbed down to the metal cords due to an extreme amount of toe out in the front. Also realized afterwards that they replaced my lug nut socket, that I let them use, with on of their that was partially broken. After contacting them for alignment spec sheet several times I have only recieved misinformed excuses and accusations from the shop employees. Spend your time and money elsewhere.Services: Wheel alignment

I can't thank Herman and his team enough. I drove over an hour to GR Automotive to get work done on my car and do not regret it one bit. They were professional, helpful, and did an outstanding job with the services they provided. I had a vision for my car and they made it a reality & treated my car/parts with care. Herman, you are the man. This place is absolutely fantastic and very reasonably priced for the services they provide.I have absolutely never had any issues with them. I've had my tires changed, rotated, aligned, and had aftermarket parts installed without a hitch.They treat your car with respect and treat you with the respect you deserve.Do not fear at all, as GR has your back.I will always go here over a dealership or other shops, and I live an hour away!!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair

Went in for a wheel alignment and a tune up, including changing the spark plugs and replacing the Valve Cover Gasket. Was able to use their website to book an appointment and they got back to me within 24 hours. Great service and will use them again for general maintenance.Service: Wheel alignment

Took my car in for rework because one of the techs did not install my tie rod properly that got me stranded. Got it back with leaking rack and pinion. ( was not like that when I took it in ) . Great people but I wouldn’t recommend them working on my car again.Service: Steering & suspension repair

This is the only shop I'm willing to take my car to since the typical chain shops don't have a machine large enough to not scratch your wheels. These guys do phenomenal work. I will make the drive every time to get their top notch service.Services: Tires

excellent service and experiencei got my fenders rolled, wheel bearings changed, coil overs adjusted and wheel alignment done. all the mechanics here are skillful so the work was done professionally. i had no issues with the car and it performed great afterwards. the prices here are really affordable. definitely get ur car serviced here

I had my 96 bmw over the weekend at GR. I was in for tie rods replacement and alignment. I realized I was due for an oil change as well. They were able to tackle everything within hours. They also went above and beyond for pick up since I picked my car up after business hours. The owner is very friendly,Price is great, and they’re low car friendly. I will definitely be coming back for any other repairs on my car, and will highly recommend this facility to friends and family.Services: Steering & suspension repair
