I heard the driver open their truck door, open the package locker under my building, then prepare to leave. The website told me “the business was closed” and it showed a picture of the package locker…
I then RAN DOWN SIX FLIGHTS OF STAIRS in an attempt to stop the driver before leaving and then saw an unmarked door tag.
So you’re either blind, incompetent, lazy, or some combination thereof and I hope you have the day you deserve.

Package was suppose to come Saturday, delivery person NEVER showed and had the nerve to say no one was home. They didn't even leave a "We missed you" note on the door. I'm assuming they never showed up to start their holiday early. Regardless, it was extremely piss poor service!

FedEx Ground out of Beltsville, MD is terrible. Twice now I have had packages going through there not delivered because of "incorrect address" even though the packages were correctly addressed. How would the driver know the address is incorrect unless he knocks on the door and asks, which , of course, he never does? The most logical explanation is the the driver doesn't want to be bothered with making the delivery so, because he has the option to do so, he just says the address is incorrect even though he has no way of knowing that.

FedEx delivery on the weekend is horrible. No one follows instructions and continue to leave packages outside building doors. Where anyone can pick up. I have complained on numerous occasions but to no avail. Pictures are taken of the outside apartment door as acceptable. I have also complained to Walmart but they continue to use them. I have to take matters into my own hands and stop using them for shipping items.

Very disappointed. My package showed "Delivered" but it never comes. I have to argue with the seller on the lost package. Avoid using any FedEx service!

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I've had 6 items in a row delivered to an unknown address and marked that they were delivered to me. They all include a picture of a hallway with a door that is unmarked and not my home. Each time FedEx refuses to look into it, claiming they delivered it correctly. Two items were irreplaceable. I try not to buy ANYTHING marked as being shipped via FedEx any more, but sometimes I miss that detail. I have had to resort to putting a stop funds on the last two transactions that were lost (or likely STOLEN) by FedEx through my bank. I genuinely hope this company goes bankrupt and collapses very, very soon.

I was expecting a delivery and each day and hour they said it will be delivered. After two days of this and all lies and lied saying I was not home etc when it did not need a signature again it said delivery the following Monday and who knows if it will arrive. Avoid using this liars and I will contact the sender and let them know it did not meet the date they promised for a gift.
