Packages were left unattended and inappropriate place. Delivery driver just left it outside the lockers. The items were very expensive and this is not the first time. Please train your drivers to do their job appropriately.

Had to call 3x times to get them to deliver to my address. I even left notes (2 of them) on the door, and they were ignored. The package didn't need to be signed for, so why couldn't it be left???? Phone customer services was good... Sometimes... so frustrating. My package finally made it the last attempt. 3 times!!! It almost went back

I ordered a big mirror and the driver dropped it off at a different door then told me it was delivered when the door didn’t have no apt number or looked nothing like my door!! The driver probably stole it & it isn’t right. Yall need to start getting new workers or get it shut down. Nobody wants to keep wasting their hard earned money. Do better.. I now have a case open I can’t wait till someone contacts me because this is just sad. If yall ever have something shipped from out of the country to fedex please cancel , they will steal your stuff. 2 completely different doors and probably complex too.

Rcvd message package out for delivery… guess what no show no notice no indication of redeliver. Now had to wait until 8 am when customer service is open. First it’s give them until 9 pm…guess what More BS…now told I MIGHT GET AN EMAIL WITH A UPDATE FOR DELIVERY OF MONDAY

OMG! Why are they still in business!!! I've already expressed to my shipper that if I find out in advance that anything is being shipped by Fedex Ground, I will not be ordering. My complaint is the same as so many others I've seen here. I followed the instructions of a Fedex Rep of where to go on their website and update the delivery instructions to have my box delivered to my apartment door for I feared that a lazy driver was going to leave it at ground level in an unsecure location. What did he do? JUST THAT! I will be following up with a letter to corporate, as well as Consumer Affairs, Attorney General and whoever else might be in a position to do something about this.

A package was shipped from Best Buy and FedEx was the delivery service. The driver scanned my package as non deliverable due to the address being business closed. The address was the local post office which was open at the time the package was scanned at 10:15am. I then reached out to the establishment on record and I was informed by associate that I would have to wait until the next business day to receive my package or until 3 or 4 oclock pm when the driver returned; which was five hours after the current time. When I asked why couldn't the driver just redeliver the package since the business was not closed she stated that she would make a note for Future reference.
