Gel nails all chipped on second day. When I returned to the salon for repairs the technician was very rude. Would not recommend this salon.
Cleanliness: Floors, chairs and salon tables all needed professional cleaning.

Wonderful pedicure! I got the "spa" pedicure and it was great - lovely scrub and wrap. And very reasonably priced. I was able to walk in with a friend and we were both pedi-ed with no waiting.
Would definitely recommend.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Vasa/Elegant Nails!! My friend and I went to get pedicures together-girls day out. Lahna greeted us with a smile and asked we wanted. She showed us the "menu of pedicures" and we told her which one we wanted. V did my pedicure, which was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She took her time. The citrus scented exfoliating scrub, hot towels and calf and foot massage were intoxicating. I will definitely go back!! Cash is better to pay with, but they do take credit cards for a $2 fee. TOTALLY WORTH IT!!! Treat yourself!!

I came late on a Sunday but Helen was so nice. I got a pedicure, manicure, and a much needed brow and lip wax. Very gentle and lovely. And I will definitely be back.

I was disappointed in the customer service. The lady who did my nails was very rude and tried to charge me more after I told her I was not satisfied with my service. Shaping was bad, I paid to avoid issues however , I was unsatisfied. There are many other places in the area to get better service and work for your money!Service: Acrylic nails

This place looks nice, but the service is definitely not worth the amount of up charge here. 2 of the workers here didn't really understand English, which isn't that big a deal because I've been to many nail shops like that, but they didn't even try to understand what I was saying. I asked for a nail design multiple times, and if they had examples, the lady doing my nails just looked at me. The lady at the front asked me if I wanted a design and I said that yes I do if they can do it. She took that as no I don't want a design. So when they were putting the top coat on, I ask what about the design and the lady at the front says you said you didn't want a design... like... ok lady... you at least speak English, that's not at all what I said.
Both pedicure women do a basic job. They're haphazard with their service. The other person with me told one of them multiple times to be gentle because their feet had a couple of cuts, but they ignored them. Then at the end of everything the total was crazy. I don't even want to say how much but I looked the prices ahead of time. I had a general idea of how much I'd spend. $5 per design per nail for some fake Swarovski crystals and they can't even do a good job with placement of stones.
This place is not it.

Wonderful experience, so wonderful I forgot to take pictures. From the moment I walked in it was VIPtreatment. This will definitely become my new nail home, I drove by while in MD for a pedicure and ended up leaving with the full spa treatment. Thank you Layna I will definitely be returning.

Ever since they went under new management the service has gone downhill. I only continued to go here to get my brows done by Shirley since Ive been going to her for almost 10 years now. Although she wasn’t there today, I decided to try them out for a pedicure. For one, I wanted a classic pedi with paraffin. She did a spa pedi instead and they still charged me for it…. When it came to the polish I could’ve honestly done better myself (which I’m already used to doing). The left foot looked significantly different than the right. I ended up coming back to get it fixed and they tried to rush me out without it properly drying so they had to fix it again. After today I will not be coming back for any service.Service: Pedicure

Every time I have had a mani/pedi at Elegant Nails, I have been very pleased. They do a really great job and please their clients. I have been to salons that left me wondering whether I would ever go back again or not, but with Elegant Nails, I know that I will return.
