We bought a refrigerator from this location and was told we had a 1 year warranty on it. The fridge stopped making ice 5 months in and did not keep frozen foods frozen, the fridge now has other issues. The water unit doesn't work and it's an internal leak. When I called to speak to them about it they ignored the first few calls. Then after finally speaking to them, they told me to call the tech. When I call the tech several times with no answer, he finally picked up and told me he was with other people and to send a picture and he'd get back to me.
He never did. I even sent a follow up message.
Do NOT buy from here or trust them

I don’t understand how other customers have problem with the appliances I purchased from them and once I had a problem they send the technician right away best customer service and same as the technician he did a great work thank you dtb home discount appliances

I purchased an appliance that did not work once installed. I then had to contact the store multiple times to get a technician out for service. Very poor customer service.

I would give $0 stars. Sells appliances without model numbers or anything on them. Called within 2 months of purchase of fridge. It was dripping and not cooling properly. Told me for 2 months someone was coming. Never came then told me To try to call the person. They sell Appliances they know won't last and do NOT stand by their warranty. Con Artists!!

I bought a nice fridge that normally runs 220o for 450 dollars. I would have never been able to tell it was used. It works excellently; they delivered it and took the old one away. Was a bit concerning due to the bad reviews but honestly my experience has been great.

Please read the review. This business is a complete fraud. I made a mistake and didn't read their reviews. Turns out they do sell appliances that are mostly broken. They won't disclose that to the buyer instead you'll find out when the drying option for a dishwasher is broken and when you call after installing they won't stand by their warranty. You're stuck with it now. Do not but from them. Trust me.

Do not buy here purchased a french door fridge 1 year ago stopped working the exchanged it stoped working after 2 month use same issue bad compressor
Go to LOWES They now offer payment plans on all appliances done wast your time on something that wont last

I purchased a dryer with a 4 month warranty. It was delivered efficiently! When I needed it repaired, José came quickly and replaced the part on the door. He was professional, respectful of our property, and skillful with his tools. I would highly recommend DTB Home Appliances for honoring their warranty with quality service!

Absolutely poor service rendered. I took off work to make myself available for a delivery and they called me at the end of the day to ask if it could be rescheduled. This came after them failing to give a time for when they would actually come. Do not patronize this seller at all!
