They were amazing. Everything was easy from start to finish and they did a fantastic job. If went the extra mile and cleaned my car before pick up inside and out! Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone in need.

They did not complete the job. My rim still has paint from the other vehicle on it. There is clear permanent substance all over my right side taillight, windows and the entire car roof. NOT to mention, I had two expensive cologne bottles stolen out of the middle console in their possession. They’ve of course had interior pictures of every angle EXCEPT inside my middle console. They’ve stated that they could not release any video footage to me & that they could look through the video but “don’t feel like looking through the video cameras” to find out who took them. I’ve filed a police report to retrieve the video. Management was useless and didn’t offer any help. I’ve lost so much respect for this place. I don’t not recommend this place.

When there was a problem, management stepped in and took corrected actions. This is the type of customer service that makes you want to use them for the life of your vehicle. Integrity and honesty are attributes this company stands on. I recommend them to everyone why because it's a rarity in businesses today. Excellent work on the damage to my car. Diamond Auto body repaired my SUV when I had an unfortunate accident with a deer. The employees there were very friendly. They called me everyday with an update and had my vehicle fixed 7 days earlier than expected. When I received my vehicle back they had detailed my SUV both inside and out. IMPRESSIVE. They went above and beyond my expectations. I wish I could give them more stars. This is one of the best companies I ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If you need any type of body work this is the place to go to.

Diamond Auto Body made my car repair an easy and painless process. My less than one year old Kia was hit and it was very upsetting (obviously - no one wants to have to deal with that). Progressive set me up with Diamond Auto Body for repairs, and they were fantastic about communication and my car looks beautiful again!
They also work closely with the Enterprise car rental down the street, making getting and returning my rental quick and easy.
I'm so glad this shop is so close to me!

The service provide to me by the Diamond team was just awesome. They kept me in the loop from throughout the process. My car was delivered earlier than anticipated and just look great. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Megan was incredible to deal with. She treated me like family.
