About three times I placed an on line order and when I go to this location to pick it up the wrong item was in the bag. Supervisor told me that the item I ordered was was not available in the store so they just put whatever they want to put in the bag. What,,,, this is very bad service.

If you are able to send you prescription somewhere else feel free to do so, they never have anything on time. I had a prescription send at 1pm and it was 5pm and still not ready.

I went to CVS to get some Scotch tape they were very limited and their varieties and what I did purchase was kind of expensive. I did find a birthday gift for my grandson which was a eight pack of cars which was also expensive but since I had a 30% discount coupon it made it manageable. I did not have my CVS number with me so I had to try to remember the phone number that matched the coupon to try to use my coupon after three attempts I finally was able to use my coupon. After purchasing my items I asked the cashier for a bag he said that will be 10 cents it was raining outside and I was not going to use my debit card again just to get a bag I asked him if he could throw away my old coupon and he told me no that there was a trash can outside. I ended up putting my items inside my coat so they wouldn't get wet in the rain. The parking lot is a mess and all roped off because there's construction going on and I had to park very far away. Not planning on going back to this CVS until they finish with the construction. I didn't think the cashier was good with his customer relations.

I tried to go there 3 times this month and the CVS was closed with employees in there. Definitely not 24 hours. Terrible

I think I will call corporate soon because the times I have gone to this CVS, I have experienced unfriendly service. The cashiers appear to be of middle eastern descent, forgive me if I am wrong), but they are always in a bad mood. They look so unhappy to be there. One time one of the girls was on her phone but scanned my stuff and that was it. Another time I went to pickup photos and one of them yelled at another employee and gave him attitude because he was really managing alot and being customer service friendly. I just don't understand why they are so unhappy. It makes this store so gloomy all the time. Can someone fix this???

Makror is a very hard working guy always there and is so helpful, he wells deserves a good raise or a higher position. He is so kind even when customers are extremely rude toward him. Take care of good employees :)

Hours are listed incorrectly. They are NOT open 24 hours.
Staff is judgmental. Checkout takes ages due to few employees actually working the registers

Very Unfriendly! I took so much time preparing 2 photo books and was given a time to pick up. I went out of my way on the way to work to go and pick them up only to be brushed off. I was told that the photos were still printing. She acted as if I was not telling the truth. I showed her the notification and she told me still to return this afternoon and that they would be done. It's almost 3:00PM and I just phoned to make sure they are ready and was told "no. Maybe at 5:00" then I was told that "someone may come in at 4:00 to print the photo books but she could not guarantee. I understand the whole thing with cultures and language barriers. However, the lady spoke very good English. I know that whomever has her so uptight may have been my color. But it wasn't me. Not all African Americans are mean and should not have to suffer because you had a bad encounter with someone who was clearly not me. I've never been to this CVS in my life. People do to you what you allow them to get away with. If you are in a front facing position and have to deal directly with the public, and the best you can do is be rude and bland. No smile. No friendly. Not warm. Just cold. I'll take my business elsewhere. I'd rather pay more and have better service
