Good products just terrible customer service. I bought a c-pe exhale kit with Tial BOV but, I lost some of the hardware. I reached out to them via Facebook because the email did not work. George Rumore replied and told me to email him. I did explaining what I needed. Days went by with no reply, I messaged again on Facebook and he gives me a lame excuse that he never received an email, so I email again and sure enough, he replies to that email. Asks the year and make of my car and I tell him again that I just want to buy the hardware so that I can install the kit. He said no problem, I'll get you the price. Weeks go by and I send an email again to check up on it. No reply yet again. Again good products just terrible customer service.

Haven't had anything done yet but did see some of there work and it looked great. Very friendly and helpful. I give them 5 stars for helping me with my questions.

Love this catback exhaust system. The sound is distinct. I've got fellow gencoupers that are jealous. The only issue I've had, is due to the "hollow" muffler hangers. More support on right side (since original exhaust was a single pipe to the muffler). While driving through Denver, CO, the left side muffler hanger broke due to wear. Eventually, had a solid hanger replacement. Holds much better. Sound Clip:

I've never been a fan of a company that promises things will be shipped out by certain dates and consistently fail to make those marks. I ordered an intake and it said it will be shipped at the end of October. Okay I wait till the end of October, no shipment. Okay they say wait another week. Okay I wait another 2 weeks, still no shipment info. I'm guessing this is a smaller company that does not know how to handle processing/shipping products in a timely manner. The intake I'm sure from all the reviews will be great quality and if they said there would be a month/2 month wait then I would have not bought the intake. In short if you want to buy a product from them just be weary because from MY personal experience you will not receive it in a timely manner.

I chose them over several companies in the DC metro area because they had done a similar metal glider, seemed to be a professional shop and their website was impressive. However, my metal deck furniture rusted worse after expensive powder coating that the owner assured me would prevent rusting of the nearly new furniture that had begun to rust and wasn't worth disassembling and paying to return to the online retailer. He offered to redo them after seeing the rust, stains and streaks within a year of powder coating them. It took many months for him to pick them up and redo them. His plan was to push the paint further into the tube frames and apply a thicker coat over the body, but they appear no better after the second attempt. In fact, sand poured out of the frames worse this time and the paint finish is uneven and barely covers the metal in some areas. The sandblasting the second time blew holes in the thick metal in a couple areas. They melted the plastic washers (that made them glide smoothly and prevented metal-on-metal damage) to the frames and lost the majority of the original hardware and replaced it with inappropriate mismatched parts without saying anything. All four pieces they redid began to rust badly after the first rain, which is far worse than the first time. The owner was unapologetic and flippant. I would obviously not use them again.
