I needed a short physical to begin my new job. Concentra is an authorized provider, so it was paid for by my employer. The front desk person was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. She told me exactly what I needed, and assisted me in receiving an authorization form that was not included in my paperwork. There were quite a few patients ahead of me, but they moved quickly. Once I got to the back, there was not a, lot of waiting around. The nurse and physician both had a pleasant demeanor and were very efficient. Overall, it was a quick and painless visit!

I had a nice tech who was tasked to do a hair drug test , she informed me of the entire process and updated the entire way, only wished more human contact on entering the building -to much phone info

The doctors and nurses are all really nice. The biggest problem was the wait for my paperwork after I saw the doctor. Easily took an hour. I don't really understand why it takes so long, but maybe they should consider electronic record keeping so they can streamline things a bit more.

Very polite, very urgent, very clean and totally understandable, I had no wifi on my phone to fill out form online and the front desk lady issued me a paper form and I got done within 10 minutes of arrival. I recommend them.
