I was too lazy to diagnose and repair the system I just built (no power), so I handed them the pc, and they repaired it and did great cable management for a reasonable price.

My experience with COMPUTERS was GREAT! I've been a long time customer for 15 yrs. They are so professional. The techs will answer all your computer issues. Their customer service is wonderful; they made me feel like family.

They get the job done but the costs and the way it's presented is fishy. I paid extra for rush service but desktop still was not ready for two days later and was told I would get a call but they never did not once.

This sort of establishments exude poor aura. Their Customer service is very poor. The lady that answers the phone is highly uneducated and mannerless. It feels like all she is interested in is getting you and your business through their doors. Question that benefits you are reacted to by shutting you out, placing you on hold for hours as a punitive action for making inquiries, or hanging up on you. Also after reading the other poor reviews, with the exception of those written by themselves to promote their business, I will be unfair to others not to share my experience.Your computer and tech devices expose you to fraud, and this establishment does not give one the confidence or any slight feel of being the custodians of your most guarded items.Avoid these people like a plague!!!!!

Computer was fixed but while in their custody I get a alert on my phone about someone logging into my credit karma account. This never happened to ever so I'm pretty sure I know what happened. Just FYI for anyone dropping any laptops or computers here be carful.
