I sell over 200 Lexus a year. When my customers have an accident and ask me where to take their car. It’s always Nescar in Beltsville. Nescar does a great job taking care of my customers. I only trust them. I don’t need the headaches from my customers if I send them somewhere else.
From the bottom of my heart thank you Nescar employees for taking care of my customers.

I really wanted to like this place, they did a great job on my father’s car and a couple of friends cars as well. However, I recently got my car repaired here- I received no updates on the car (as I was promised), every time I’d call for an update they’d give me a false date (which I can understand but becomes tiring after the fourth/fifth time calling), when my car was finally ready, they hadn’t completed various things they promised would be done. Had to take the car elsewhere to get an alignment and am currently receiving 0 updates on a missing part they forgot about/ forgot to replace on my car. Overall, they are extremely friendly, the work done is nice - really wanted to enjoy my personal experience with them, but it was very lacking.

Not very satisfied. They gave me the estimate of $2,500. In the end, they charged $5,949.77. It's not fair.
It's true, the insurance paid for a large part. But the insurance charges you later.
For that reason, since they gave me the estimate of $2,500, I accepted that they do the work on my car because I was taking care of the insurance money.
Now, the insurance raised me double what I was paying. Because of the lack of honesty of this workshop. And that's how the majority are. They don't care about affecting the client. What they want is to fill their pockets with ill-gotten money.
I do not recommend it.
