If I could rate it lower I would. I didn't know the bucket is there for u to get out and scrub your own car. Cashier says nothing she can do. Need to pay for another car wash. Total waste of water

I work on this street so it's a convenient location. However nearly half the time there is some problem with their pumps. Either the CC machine is down or some other software issue with the pumps. Always a hassle to go here.

Though they don't offer the hand-dry service the touch less car wash does a reasonably good job.

I used to frequent this BP often because of the cheap gas prices and the car wash like everybody else however... I will never return after my last few visits. I'm OK with someone having a bad day and or maybe not knowing how to do something but these people aren't smart at all! Staffing is everything and ever since I started seeing new faces the quality of the service went was down. Things used to be kept up and working but lately not so much... The car wash does work for the most part but make sure you pay attention to the wash cycle because you might of just paid for an expensive $9-$13) water wash with little to no soap. The cleaning solution in the buckets to wash tires look as if they try save money by not changing the water daily. The box to enter your code before the wash makes me want to wear latex gloves before touching it. Oh and if you enter the code on your receipt for the car wash and the wash doesn't start or breaks down in the middle of your wash be prepared to convince them to give you another code or a refund. They are the kind of business that will take your money but has a hard time giving it back when they mess up and its clear they messed up. The air pump works from time to time when the hand written "Not In Service" sign isn't tapped to it. If it eats your quarters be prepared for them to tell you the air pump doesn't belong to them and they cannot do anything about getting your money back. Cause if they have to open the drawer for .75 cents they might be fired... I Guess... Why is that the proper answer for any business to say. Its not a vending machine its an air pump on the property that doesn't say its broken... The same goes for the vacuums. They are not emptied regularly so those 4 quarters just went to brushing the dirt around since it cant suck it up. Gas pumps work and its probably the only thing that works here... But even then you might have to drive from pump to pump to find a working one. So if you pay with credit and only want cheap gas then this is your place! Otherwise if you come for the car wash and other services you will be disappointed. Customer service is important here but they will take your money as most foreign independently owed places... I was a frequent visitor but after my last encounter with the disrespectful attendant accusing me of trying to get free air I had enough of this place. I don't live near and only visit for the digital air pump and cat wash when I'm feeling lazy to not go to the self wash down the street. This place isn't worth my time. Beware!!! They aren't busy for a reason...

Their car wash is on again/off again when it comes to completing all cycles. No spot-free rinse!!!
