I just received my beautiful sofa after 6 months of waiting. It was well worthy it. I cannot be happier with the purchase, the quality of the sofa, and the service that I received in the store (Soo) and via delivery. I really appreciate the assistance that I received throughout the process from cradle to grave. I highly recommend the store if you are looking for modern, contemporary furniture. Ask for Soo, she is excellent in assisting you.

Furnitures are unique but too expensive. We had very bad experience today. I think the lady that helped us is not professional. She was so rude and she shut the door after we decided to drop our idea of buying . I did not expect such a rude behavior from bova .

They have really unique and quality furniture, but the service was horrible. The furniture is also very expensive. Apparently, there were only two people working. I walked by the salesperson several times...not once was I ever greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I was there at least an hour and there weren't many patrons there. I expect top notch customer service if I'm willing to pay top notch dollar for quality furniture.

OH MY GOSH! When I first read the reviews about how they will keep telling you that the furniture will be in at a certain date, and then roll the delivery date back 3 or 4 times, I thought it was a bit over exaggerated. But those "delivery date" reviews were totally accurate. SMH I even ordered my furniture in time enough to give them 8-12 weeks since I knew I wouldn't be moving into my new house until around that time. Well, 2 problems came with that. 1.) I'm still waiting on my furniture while I'm at my 16 weeks period, and they are now saying that it's going to be another 6-8 weeks. WHAT!!!! 2.) The expensive dresser that I bought, is good material, quality weight, BUT make sure you buy all individual draws. DO NOT BUY the "One row of draws connected together, so if you need something from one side, the draw comes out together, regardless of which side you want to get clothes from. However, They did come right out to fix all of the "Soft Close" draws, but for the money that they charge for things, and the amount of purchases I made, and the amount that my orders came up to, I shouldn't have experienced what I would've experienced if I had gone to a "wrinky dink" Marlo's or some place. Sorry about that Marlo's. Stop giving me lies about my delivery date, and then my shipping date/s. I can deal with it if you over guess it, but the problem comes when you get my mouth watering for this beautiful furniture, and then you can't deliver. AND THEN, they don't even want to give you any kind of a discount for their super long delays. BOVA, listen to me. Your furniture companies that you deal with, are still a part of you. you can't take the credit when they do good, and put the blame on them when they are totally discombobulated. Sorry Captain, take your behind down with the ship. $40,000.00 cash, is a lot of money to spend at one time for just 4-5 rooms, so learn how to give in sometimes and make your customers, your clients. I still love my furniture tho. I'll fill you all in on when all of my furniture arrives. I'll regrade them with STARS at that time.

Interesting furniture. Most of it is very expensive, but it is obvious that the quality is good. It has kind of a warehouse feel with concrete floors. Considering the prices it doesn't look out feel like a high-end furniture store. I was there about 1/2 hour and I never saw a salesperson, but that may be due to COVID protocols. All in all I doubt that I'll return

Placed an order in January, was promised that I'll receive my bed set in 6 weeks. 6 weeks elapsed and no one gave me a courtesy call or any updates. I was always the one to call. 12 weeks later whenever I called, I would hear stories and empty promises. Finally spoke to someone who was honest enough to let me know that there was no specific date for my delivery. Horrible experience.

My wife and I visited Bova on Saturday February 27th, 2021 searching for Nicoletti furniture that was leather and had movable headrests. My wife and I walked around and saw no one was really helping. One lady walked by and we said out loud that this sofa is too big and we are looking at the smaller options, she said ok and walked away, not good customer service I must say. My wife then walked to their customer service or open office area for help. We spoke to Sue who gave us pricing for what we were searching for and informed her if she could do any better on the pricing; She came back a few minutes later with a lower price, but it was still not cheaper than their competitor. Sue before we were leaving had us fill out a form with our information and email address and she mentioned she was going to send me a proposal or draft invoice with the pricing on it via email . When I asked when I might receive that, she suddenly says we do not do that here. What I do not understand is if you are offering me an email with a proposal or draft invoice, why bring it up in the first place if you do not offer it. We wound up purchasing our sofa and chaise at a competitor in Columbia, MD. who had much better service and the pricing was less expensive. I would have to say if you are looking at high end furniture, please visit this store for comparison shopping, but I would not recommend you purchase here or expect someone to ask you if you need help. Thanks

No words can say how pleased I am on shopping with Bova during the pandemic! Harald provided an excellent customer service, and we were able to buy a buffet, bar chairs and a bar, all over the phone and customized the exact way we wanted. We will definitely continue doing business with them! Thank you Bova for your excellence!
