Efficient, honest, well run establishment! I found Boteler Automotive on Yelp after all the warning lights on my 2018 Honda CRV's dash started cycling like a Christmas display in Times Square. I prayed and took it to the dealership and the diagnostic report relayed that I basically needed an engine transplant. Well, I'm going through a lot and it's a miracle that I've been able to maintain this vehicle, I'm being held together by God's grace and Scotch tape. I called and spoke to Ray and he said to bring it down. After confirming some suspicions, he and "Mac Dadddy" Lindsay came up with a solid treatment plan to hopefully resolve the issue. If I have to move forward with the repairs, I trust that Boteler Automotive will do right by me. I thank God for blessing me with wisdom and guidance. I know He will provide me the resources to continue the maintenance on this vehicle or bless me with what He wants me to have. If you need a trustworthy mechanic, this is the place to go!

Ray is like a blast from the past-an honest, hands on, friendly mechanic who is so trustworthy. My AC died and I was expecting my car to be in the shops for several days-Ray and his team got me back on the road in less than a day and their prices were super reasonable. I will definitely be using Ray for any future issues!

Lexi and Ray are amazing people. They turned my 2002 honda civic back to normal. They explained the problem with the vibrating that was happening to my car. I'm a return customer and have used this place many times before. The service price is relatively reasonable, they are competent and skilled, and you dont walk away feeling like you've been taken advntage of. We have been bringing all our cars to Ray Boteler for over 20 years. NEVER have we taken any of our vehicles to the dealer for service from the first day we drove the car off their lot. Ray and his team shoot straight. We live outside Annapolis, and it is worth the drive to know our 2010 and 2015 vehicles have Ray as our mechanic. He and his team are honest, kind, and their work ethic is second to none. Trust these amazing folks!

This is a fabulous repair shop. I recently found my way to them after a very negative experience with the Honda dealership, where I felt I was getting swindled. Ray, and all his staff put me at ease from the start. I found them through Yelp and google reviews and am so happy I did. Their prices are very fair, and saved me several hundred from what Honda was going to charge. In addition, Honda told me I had a leaking TPMS sensor and Ray said that his tech tried to replicate it but that there was zero evidence that the sensor was leaking. They were very responsive and I truly felt they were exceedingly honest. They don't have a shuttle per se, but Ray said between him and his wife, they'd find a way to get me home (turned out I was able to get a ride) but I was very grateful for his willingness to help me. Ray even called me a couple days later to check that everything was good. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I hope I don't have much reason to return any time soon, but I'm very grateful to know that I have found a reliable and honest shop.

Look no more for an incredible mechanic. My husband took our 2016 Honda CR-V over with the check engine light on and an emissions test looming. Not knowing anything about mechanics in the area we did some digging on Yelp and stumbled upon Boteler Automotive. Every 5 star review is right.Within less than 2 hours, the team had done a diagnostic on our car and cleared the codes. The customer service was impeccable - we have found our new mechanic. Thank you, Ray and team!
