“We all know how stressful it can be when your car is broken and needs to be fixed. I have a 2007 Buick and was involved in a hit-and-run The car still runs beautifully, but I didn’t like the blemish that was left CARSTAR Nescar took away my anxiety from my first interaction with Jesus. We coordinated schedules and I worked with Steve the day I brought my vehicle in. They kept me informed along the repair journey. I picked her up today and Jesus and Steve both greeted me and were extremely efficient, friendly, and absolutely no hassle. Not that I have been to many body shops, but I was so impressed with how immaculate and organized the physical space is.
I hope I don’t need to have repairs again, but if I have to, I will definitely contact CARSTAR Nescar in Beltsville. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.

“I’ve been coming to Perfect Auto for years and every time they have made my repair experiences super easy! Being a women, I’ve had other shops try and take advantage of me over the years BUT THAT HAS NEVER been the case with Ahsan and Omar! They are honest, fast with repairs, and extremely affordable!! They go above and beyond to explain the issues I’ve had with my vehicles and it’s more appreciated than they know!! I just recently bought a used truck that needed a MD inspection (as soon as possible so I could put tint on ASAP ??) They not only scheduled me for the inspection the same day, but had me in and out of the shop in under an hour! BUT THEN….I found out they have a tint and detail shop a few doors down, so Ahsan personally walked me down to the tint shop, introduced me to the manager, and THEY (were super friendly and knowledgeable) had me out in 30 minutes!
