The Manager is excellent in making you feel special. We arrived around 2p. There was a line forming to the tellers. No one was available to tell us where to go to get papers completed. Two other customers came in. Within 5 mins the Manager invited us in his office to receive service. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Super horrible. And all she could say was, oh I'm sorry. Careless worker, with the Indian manager telling me, oh I forgot the notary stamp at home, this after I already went to 6 different banks, and this location confirmed over the phone that I can come for the notary!

I’m an office assistant so I have to stop by different banks weekly and I usually go through the drive thru and I don’t think I’ve ever been spoken to. The whole transaction no one even says “hi” or “thank you” it feels so strange. I know things get busy but you can’t even acknowledge your customers? I have a much better experience at the other banks I go to. I keep going to this TD bank branch cause it’s literally less than 5 mins from our office.

Only this place of all the banks I went that didn’t recognize U.S PASSPORT CARD as a form of Primary ID telling me that after wasting my time for almost an hour. She asked of Driver’s license I’ve one that’s expired and the temporary paper one that I got be I get the photo ID one. But yet all that are not form of ID disgusting my if I’m not black or something.

I called this Branch ahead of time at 3:25 to see if I can open a business bank account. They told me to come in so I arrived at 3:37 they close at 4 pm but told me I couldn’t that they are closed. Someone just left out and I told them this is a bad impression for me to come and start new business with you all. They assisted we are close and you can open it thru are drive there we are still open there. I told myself no I’m done this is already horrible service, but still went through drive threw. After getting around at 4:01 they tell me you have to come back tomorrow at 3pm. I asked why didn’t you tell me that instead of “you can open it in drive threw” no reply for a rhetorical question. Horrible service!. I understand we are all going through hard times during this crisis but you are suppose to make it less difficult for clients not a headache I will take my business else where and never returning to TD bank again.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this BB&T at all costs, and you will thank me later. There are many other around that have competent and friendly workers. The staff here are stupid and can’t execute the most basic tasks that their job entails. They will waste your time and cause you many unnecessary inconveniences. You’ve been warned.

Probably the worst bbt bank ever, manager and bankers don't know what to do, our banker doesn't know nothing about bank accounts or anything else. I won't coming back to this branch. I'll go to an other branch or take my business elsewhere.

I've been to this bank twice, and both times they were disrespectful and RUDE! If I could give a negative -5 stars I would! I do NOT recommend this BB&T to anyone! Take the extra 10 mins drive and go to LAUREL!! The second time I came to this bank, I've gotten called multiple names and cursed at. When I asked to speak to the manager, she threw my identification card and bank card with my check and told me I could speak to the manager then said I could not because the manager was not there. She also told me to go to another bank and not to go back there. Stay away from this bank. I honestly believe it should close down or those two ladies should not be representing BB&T bank. They were so disgusting.

Coming to this branch is horrible, Aminata is very rude. When you walk in she looks at you as if its a problem you're coming in there to handle business. Everybody works on one pace which is SLOW. no one says anything to acknowledge you when You walk in the door and you will have to stand in line for atleast 10 mins before anyone see's you. Would not recommend opening an account here or handling business here PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!
