Hello everyone! The manager of this branch is a number one thief. When I deposit money, when I have to go to collect the deposits, he does not give me the time. He tells me to come at five o'clock and then take it.I use night Drop here and when I look at my deposit slips the money I deposited doesn't match. The manager here is named Pablo, He is a very bad person, I will say this to everyone, don't come to this branch, the bank employee here harasses the customer very much, doesn't give them service, talks to them rudely. And the rudest person in the branch is the manager who has a bad eye, His name is Pablo

Great experience today, I went in to make a deposit. I wasn’t able to use my cellular app so I decided to go in person to the Beltsville branch. Walter helped me with this transaction with no problem at all, he was pleasant and professional. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Service at Beltsville is very bad. Says they are a little busy but will not answer phones. Recording says make an appointment to order checks.

This use to be a good place to bank at, if they spent more time and money on customer service like having more tellers then on renovations. The wait time here is insane no one should have to wait 15 to 20 min to cash a check. Also the 8 dollar fee for someone without an account there to cash a check is a huge ripoff. I can see 3 dollars but 8 is crazy, anything under a hundred should be cashed free anything over should be on a scale rate. I hate doing business at this branch you'll find better service at Capital One.

Do not deposit money at the ATM Sunday's bank on bellsville Maryland The ATM will take your money would not put in your bank account name no then you will have to open the claim To see where your money went for example on December the 14th I deposit some money of the amount $ $ On the 8 PM it is on the right hand side of the building Took my money kept the money the money I did a claim days later today 0 1 14 of 2022 They take the money back from my account Which they say the updates will be on the app wish they're not the only says that the declaim has been close Bank of America does not help Come to find out that my car gets declined at 7 o'clock at night when I'm charmed by milk and diapers for my kid now my account is a Negative and I'm unable to buy anything And now I gotta wait till Monday to get with the claim department cause they close at 5 o'clock this very frustrating for me an family

I had horrible service, as soon as I walked in I was met by a Pablo with an eye patch who looked like he just wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible. We asked simple question and explained why we were unsatisfied with BOA and that we were thinking about switching to another bank all together if the issues were not being addressed, instead of being understanding he pointed to where we should line up to withdraw all our money and close our account. That was when I decided that I was going to close my account all together. To anyone thinking about opening an account do not go to this location it is horrible!!!

I call to handle a claim on the phone and this guy says I need to come in. As soon as I drove all the way there he says we can't do it you have to call a specialist. Why tell me to come in..? I call the people online and you get transferred around . The guy that works inside needs to learn more about his job and so people aren't wasting their time.
