I switched from a different agency to Al Freeman’s Allstate Agency in Beltsville because I needed an agent who would be available when I called. Every single time I called Al Freeman Allstate, I either spoke directly to Al or one of his agents. Communication is the number one necessity for me with any company, especially my car insurance.
