My only request was to have everything there before you have me bring in my vehichle to be repaired . well they fu--ed that up all the way!!!! After 2 weeks of my vehichle being in their shop I get a call on friday saying that they are waiting on a part (REALLY) and I feel that they just said F--- what you want , were ready to do work on it now drop it off . Not my kind of company , so be forwarned about their practices . So they not only disrespected me and my wishes , they also caused me to miss at least 3 working days that I could not afford to lose . I only had 1 request and they did the total opposite of my request !!! I will not ever recomend them to anybody........... NOT SATSIFIED CUSTOMER James Mcdaniel

Craig Bushby took great care of our Ford Transit van and did so with speed, courtesy and respect! This is the ONLY place we will ever have our vehicles repaired. Thank you Craig and Advanced Collision Center Team! ?

I have owned my State Farm Agency for 35 years. I took my wife's white Mercedes in with rust damage all over her roof from a leaking sprinkler system at a garage. I took the car to the car wash and the brown rust stains would not come out. I just knew that this car would require a new paint job. Much to my surprise, I picked the car up and it looked absolutely brand new.I was most impressed by their professionalism as they went over the car in detail before I drove away. They have service my company car as well as my other personal vehicles. My truck was hit and State Farm refer me there, I am so glad they did what a awesome job they did and in such a great timely matter. I rate them a 10 star. I will totally refer all people I know and meet to go there for work. Thank you Mr Mike and Mr Ali. Add to this it was cleaned inside and out. Look just like I got from the showroom. Way to go guys. I took my car to Advanced Collision 2 on Baltimore Ave after someone drove into me. I'm so glad I did. They fixed everything and when they were done my car looked like new. And it was finished in less time than they estimated. Ali kept me informed about the repairs all the way along. When I picked it up Mark went over the repairs with me and made sure I understood what had been done. They handled everything with the insurance company and it went very smoothly. I highly recommend Acvanced Collision 2.

This is for Advanced Collision Center II. This was by far the best experience I have ever had in needing body repairs for my car after an accident. They were professional, detailed and, more importantly, quick. Ali did such a great job with handling my repairs that I renamed my car Black Magic because it looked brand new. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

What can I say...Ali is the best! For the last few years, we have had two fender benders by another persons poor driving and Advanced Collision was our choice. The first time was work on our 2013 Pilot...this year our 2015 Civic and the same pilot from a hit an run. The staff at Advanced walk you through the entire process so you know everything that will be done for you claim from start to finish. I should have written this review sooner but better late then never. Keep up the good work AND superior customer service! And...I like the new shop near the Beltsville MVA!

Had a great experience with this place - I used the Advanced Collision 2 in Beltsville. They were professional, responded quickly, kept me updated, and did a great job on my car. I worked with Ali Ashkar and he was so nice and attentive. Will always use this place!

This place is awesome! Management is amicable and accommodating. Work product is exemplary and timely. Nice people to do business with. Wish they offered snacks while you wait.
