Super professional ice maker servicing/cleaning. Most people don't realize stand alone ice makers need cleaning every six months or bacteria can build up. This is a very knowledgeable family owned business> I highly recommend.

10/10 from scheduling to the service itself, the technicians were professional, kind and efficient. My ice machine has had issues from day one, A-1 resolved it immediately and quickly. Definitely call them for any ice machine or refrigeration issues.Service: Refrigerator repair

Won’t honor our contract for our second service unless we renew with them. Due to COVID we only got one of the two services we paid for, upfront of course. We tried to schedule the second well into the pandemic year but they would never call back to schedule or someone was ill. Now they say we are out of contract. Stay clear of this company.

From scheduling to completing the job A-1 was a class act. Chris and Corey quickly identified the problems in both our Sub-Zero freezer and Marvel wine cooler, and fixed them. They are professional, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend them for all your refrigeration repairs.

Our module stopped working in our built in fridge. A-1 had repaired our ice maker a few years ago so we called them. John (head of the company) with his colleague Willie, came right away and diagnosed the problem. John provided truly world class service to us. He was very responsive and went above and beyond to get our fridge back in working order. We also needed a new ice maker and he found one that that was half the cost of the main brand. He is an expert in servicing all types of refrigerator units and has excellent customer service skills. We plan on using John and his company in the future for periodic servicing on our fridge.

Steer clear of this one! We thought we were calling A-1 Air & Ice for service needed on an ice machine in our office. Betty answers the phone with "A-1", but when she and Daniel arrive we are asked to make the check out to Daniel Payne. And Betty is wanting our check before Daniel is even finished. And as soon as they leave, they are off to our bank to cash the check. When the teller did not get to the locked lobby door fast enough for Daniel, he began pounding on the door to get in. While inside, Daniel was belligerent to the teller assisting him. Another associate had to intervene to calm him down. And he exhibited the same behavior at our office with one of our employees. He is no longer welcome inside of that bank, nor our office. And he did not properly install the new part we needed, leaving us still without ice. So we called All Things Air & Ice. Jennifer was very friendly on the phone, and the technician Eddie was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We now have a working ice machine thanks to All Things Air & Ice. I highly recommend them!

TRASH TRASH TRASH!!!!! The WORST SERVICE EVER!!! its takes 3 Incompetent people to come service 1 machine and to still find no solution to the problem, I've never seen Idiots work hand in hand the way they did, it was all just plain Trash!!! Don't even bother wasting your money with them, they're a 3rd party for SCOTSMAN ICE & they too should be embarrassed and ashamed of not doing their research on who they hire to represent them and their company ....

Today is 16 Feb 2018. I've been waiting for a replacement part through them since October. I've called and we've spoken every few weeks but nothing but empty promises. Since paid in advance, next stop is Montgomery County Small Claims Court....
