Prescription was put in 3 days ago. Couldn’t pick it up bc of Christmas. Came to pick it up the day after Christmas. They said they put it back because I don’t have insurance. But as soon as the prescription was put in I called to tell them I’d be picking it up without insurance. Got there 20 minutes before their lunch and the lady said it’d be 10 minutes to refill it since it was put back. Which was annoying but fine. Then the pharmacist corrected her and told her that they wouldn’t fill it until after lunch. Just annoying that I would have to wait an hour or go home and come back because of their mistake. I will get it filled somewhere else.

The older white woman that works the front counter is very rude and makes the environment unwelcoming. The store never looks or feels clean. This is literally the WORST Walgreens I’ve ever visited.

I've been using this pharmacy for 5 years and I've never had any issues. The Pharmacist are always polite and helpful.

I moved my medication from the Aberdeen Walgreens to this location. I’ve had nothing but great experiences every time I’ve been in to pick up medication or called. Thank you, Walgreens Belcamp for your excellent customer service!

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would. Waited on hold for 43 minutes just to be hung up on. When I called back I was told the pharmacy had closed to 2 PM although the recording kept telling me I was the next caller in line. I called at 4:20 PM.

I called to ask a question a out reloading NETSPEND. I never got anyone to answer the phone it said to leave a message. My daughter also says people behind the registers are rude.

What’s going on this place? I just went in to make a purchase and the person who checked me out didn’t respond to my hello or my how are you and then put my change on the counter instead of handing it to me even though I was holding my hand out for him to hand it to me. The clerk was a 6’ black male with his face painted like a cirque de Soleil performer with 3” long fingernails just in case Anyone from corporate Actually reads this and decides to check into it.

Is any medication actually in stock here? I’m forced to use this for my dad’s scripts but man you’d think someone with reoccurring prescriptions would signal to have it in stock like ever… I mean thank god it isn’t life threatening to miss a day here and there..
