I’ve been to this location only a handful of times, and lived here for a few years. Each experience has been different in regards to employees, ranging from great experiences to not so great.After receiving a message stating that my package was available for pick up at that location, I went to retrieve it. Seems I’m fairly naive to this process because that’s not what that meant at all. I showed the employee what I was referring to just to clarify. Instead of kindly educating me on what was going on, I was made out to be pretty dumb hah. I’m sure I was the 100th person with the same dumb question today, and I’m not expecting princess treatment. Just some common courtesy and mutual respect. But to end on a positive note, they did go out of their way to call the carrier without me asking.It’s probably not the greatest job in the world, and I try and keep an open mind and understand that I don’t know what kind of day other people are having. I appreciate everything the postal workers do and what they have to deal with delivering mail.

Zero star place at best !! Don't waste your time !! LOL !! NEW NEIGHBOR BUISNESS TAKES UP ALL PARKING SPACES..NO PLACE TO PARK !! COUNTER PEOPLE RUDE AS HELL !! THEY CAN NOT CASH A $44.00 MONEY ORDER....A WHILE BACK I GOT WAITED ON BY A MALE ,HE WAS TALKING ON HIS PERSONAL CELL AND TALKING TO TWO LADIES BEHIND ME IN LINE !!! WHILE I AM TRYING TO SHIP A PACKAGE WITH HIM !! UNBELIEVABLE

I had to call the post office today because they put a package inside my mailbox and I couldn’t get it out no one was answering the phone I called over and over again sometimes someone would pick up and hang up worst customer service at this post office.

Very RUDE customer service! The 2 young men who work the front area are extremely rude, and should work in the back area instead where they don’t interact with customers. Customer Service = Friendliness, willingness to help and assist their customers and kindness. Providing good customer service doesn’t include being JERKS! I rather drive a just little bit further to the Aberdeen or Edgewood location than deal with the rudeness at this location! Send these young men to some type of hospitality class!!!!!!!!

I have been a customer of this office for over a year. ALL of the staff are always friendly and helpful. They provide EXCELLENT customer service, that's why I have stayed a customer at this office.

I sent a package that was bubbled wrapped and everything in the box was packed safely so none of the content in side would be damaged since they are known for not be careful with other peoples things. It came back to my home the packed had been opened unwrapped and the disk that was inside for the product was broken since they had unwrapped and placed it back in the box with no protection as well with the product. Here are pictures of it that I took for the client to make sure it was well packed this how I got It back from the USPS this morning 3/8.

It’s a young fella that is rude as can be, he don’t ask how can he help you. He just stands there and look at you. Half the time when you tap that bell, no one will appear until they are good and ready. One day a few of us stood in there for at least 15-20 minutes, before we were told that THERE WAS NO ONE TO WORK THE DESK.

Poster child for why this service needs to be contracted out to private industry. When their not losing your mail, including checks they are as rude as can be. Treat the job as a sinecure rather than a public service. You can't avoid them delivering the mail, 90% of which is junk mail these days you can go on base next door if you have access to APG and send your mail out through there.

Very bad customer service. I got here at 8:30 and the worker loading the truck said he’s not opening for another hour, when it clearly says in the door 8:30. Talk about professionalism. He said “uheard me” meeeh.
