The best clinic that I ever been to, I'm finally been clean and staying clean. With the help from this clinic. I definitely recommend them.

Wow this place is unreal. DONT GO HERE! The director doesn’t do her job so if you enjoy your sanity don’t go here. The only positive thing about this place is a few counselors, and the nurses. That nurses will go above and beyond to help you. Besides them and the two counselors the rest of the staff is worthless.

More professionalism. I also would like to know where is my rights as a client to not be made to speak to a representative of the front desk in replacement of a counseling session. My counselor missed our appointment so in order for me to get my doses I have to talk to a front desk clerk.

I called the federal government to report this clinic for still billing my insurance company and BHO program for months after I left this clinic because of there behavior and telling my PHI to people. I was advised that they are under investigation for insurance fraud and if anyone else experiences this to report it ASAP.

I called on January 30 2021 around 8am about the upcoming weather conditions for Sunday Monday And Tuesday, They told me they would be open on Tuesday for normal dosing hours, and they are just closing Monday due to the weather, I said ok because my pickup day is going to be Tuesday and it's going to be dangerous out because of the winter storm that's coming, so why wouldn't you the clinic have people pickup for Monday and Tuesday, she said because we are going to be open no matter what on Tuesday, I said wow so Tuesday is going to be bad as Monday or worse, and you think your going to be open on Tuesday smh, ok I swear if I get hurt pickup Tuesday it's going to be some legal action taken on the clinic, or if they don't open on Tuesday February 2 2021 I will be filing a lawsuit because people's lives are on the line and can relapse, so because they denied me to pickup on Saturday for Tuesday They better be open on Tuesday February 2 2021, and it better be safe for me to pickup my medicine.

Very unprofessional worker's. There's no common courtesy for another person. The staff treat you differently because you're a recovery addict. There's no controlled solution as for counseling purposes because worker's come and go. Don't go here expected anything but the purpose of it, maintaining sobriety.

They treat their patients like dirt. One nurse has an anger problem, one nurse is a blatant liar and I would not recommend this place to an enemy. The director ignores the issues that are happening right under her nose. The manager Alecia is demeaning. Don’t go here. You will regret it. Maybe not at first, but eventually.

If you’re just tired of being on the run all day and night chasing your high. There not but two ways to go! Cold turkey and get in a inpatient or get on a meth program!I’m in my Sixties, I started using when Du-Ji was a dollar a pill. I was a very young (13) A know it all that wanted to be accepted by the older crowd! The bad thing about it! The dude that turned me out was a guy that had done time! After he hit me he proceeded to tell me what my life was going to be like! That son of a woman ran it down just how it turned out! Lost my friends, in and out of jail my whole life! Watched a lot of people that was in the game die one way or another! I still didn’t get it until jail changed! When I started going to jail you could make your cell like a room up town! Get your people to go grocery shopping for you! They could give it to you on a visit. That was smokes too! When they took everything from the inmates. Even our own clothes! I was getting ready to turn fifty in jail and I knew I was done going to my free rehab!!!!!!(Jail)I had a raw habit when I was released. So I had a really good job when I was still in on work release. I stayed with that job when I was released and stayed with it for the next eight years!Anyway I went straight back to East B-more buying ten pills at a time. It was not what I was getting and used to! Let me tell you I had to flatten my bit because I had a escape on my record! I reported one time to a P.O. I payed what I owed DOC. Signed some papers and that was it!!! But after five weeks I was done with getting high! It was going to kill me or put me back in jail! That I was done with and I was sick and tired of not having any thing! So I found the Matt program. A man named Mr Smith and his daughter check me in. I told them that I was going to give them one dirty urine. I told them I was done! It’s been fourteen years since that day. I stayed clean for maybe six years and gave the program a Mary Jane positive. I told my counselor and ended up losing a take home. I had a month! Anyway the counselors changed every couple of years. Mr Smith and his daughter who was a nurse ended up selling the Matt program to MedMark. I was so happy they kept the counselors which was a good thing! It was the counselors that showed me how to stay clean,I think knowing what to do when a trigger goes off was one of the most important feelings they taught me! I made a plan and did everything on that plan! Buying a house and getting married was in that plan and I did it all!!! It’s has a lot to do with me learning how to listen and not judge! I’m not perfect but I’m clean going on Fourteen years! Don’t do what I did and waited until I was a old man! Do it while you’re young. So you’ll have friends, a house ,a spouse Children and grandchildren when you get to my age! I missed most of that with my drug uses! When I think about it now it makes me sad! But hey I’m still alive and happily married! So get on with your life and let MedMark help you get a life! Don’t do what I did! Live and be happy!Mike

Medmark in essex is where i commented. I dont reccomend them . i left here after a year and a half . went to riverside in Edgewood and i love it they care and treat you with respect and listen to your issues . I found that they are genuine and really want to help . The doc at medmark essex has a ego issue and already has an opinion about you . Lets just say we didn't see eye to eye .

This institution, and those who work in it, literally saved my life...from myself.
