“So the economy sucks super hard right now, and like most everyone it’s been a struggle for our family, it came to a point I had to sell some items of value to make it work this week. I came in to this location because it was the closet to me. I’m glad it was, I came it and explained I needed to get some cash for groceries and the items I had weren’t something they buy (silver) but we ended up making a deal on a few things. I was happy, Simon was a pleasure and felt like someone I had known my entire life. Dale was fun to talk to, and they both made the transaction a whole lot less stressful on me. Even so I came back a few days later with other things of value, and as soon as Simon seen me, he recognized me! Now that’s customer service.”

“Been here for years, I get pretty good deals since im an Pro rewards member, I hope these stores are around for years to come and everything doesn't go digital, I prefer having the physical copies of games rather then buying them on the Microsoft store. You can get steals on older releases on clearance/pre-owned & they have good deals on anime/video game T-shirts & good selection of collectables especially SPAWN collectables by McFarlane Toys. Medieval Spawn is on my wish-list.”

“It is 8/20/2023 , 7pm. I stopped at this 711 per chance as I’m traveling from Florida to NY. Just so happened to stop here to grab some ice. I don’t usually leave reviews for regular in and out stores but I had to leave a comment because I was so pleasantly surprised by the female worker who was on staff tonight. She was holding doors for customers, and even carried an older gentleman’s drink tray to his car and waited for him to get in the car to hand it to him. I’m not sure if this is normal for employees out here as I’m from NYC but I’ve never seen a 711 employee go above and beyond in that manner. I don’t know her name but I hope the manager sees this and knows who I’m speaking about. Top tier employee, she deserves a raise. All 7/11 employees could learn a thing or two from this woman! God bless her!”
“Always able to run in a grab the necessary plus impulsive items. I noticed on a recent run that the mirrors were removed from the main floor by the women's clothing section. I had to carry two coats I was considering all the way back to the dressing room. I needed a size down and didn't go all the way back to the front of the store. A simple mirror on the floor would've help with a possible sale.”

“I went to the Bel Air Best Buy today to buy a Switch OLED and walked out with a new OLED switch + an open box tv (LG QNED class 80). The two guys that helped me (& my mom who came with me) were awesome. I wish we got their names before leaving but didn't think of it til we were already on our way home. But the two guys there were super helpful while I was deciding which model to purchase and were also honest as well which is super important for those of us who rarely drop $900 on a single purchase. They were friendly as well. I work in customer service too, so I truly appreciate when the staff are kind and don't feel like you're a bother when you ask them for help. The open box tag said no accessories; however, they checked in the back as it was a display tv and were able to find the mount and remote which was a huge help and saved me from having to buy those in addition to the tv. Great store with good deals and wonderful staff as far as I could tell from this experience. I'll be back for future purchases.”

“Today I had an issue with my Amazon prime membership through Metro. I was on the phone with Metro customer service and Amazon customer service for hours. After getting no result and being extremely frustrated with both companies, I drove to the Metro store in Woodbridge Center. Rodrigo, the Metro employee, understood my frustration. He contacted customer service & within 5 minutes the issue was corrected! Thank you so much Rodrigo!!! I will definitely suggest a store visit before multiple customer service calls”

The name of the store 7-11 is good but it’s a bit boring In my opinion. I would like an updated name to something like Convenient 11 or 7even eleven. GREAT STORE THOUGH!”

Although tbf, 7-11 *has* been generally killin it lately, with their dope af automated fresh ground coffee machines and the surprisingly high quality of their store brand products. Now, this location def ain't the best 7-11 I've been to... But it's also far from being the worst. Expect nothing and you'll be positively delighted :)”
