I would like to recognize a particular teller at the Riverside branch for just plain GOOD service. Deja is my preferred teller because she is warm, very friendly, super knowledgeable, and strives for perfection. She does all this proficiency while being quick in her transactions. Nothing gets my goat more than a slow teller. Deja is a credit to APGFCU and I hope she remains where she is so that I can enjoy her services and her personality. Thank you Deja for all you do.

A series of unfortunate banking events caused us great concern. We contacted APGFCU for help. To be honest we were given the run around from the Aberdeen Branch. They had us running all over the place trying to rectify our compromised Business bank account. After several days we were told to get the Riverside Branch involved. Ms. Rochelle Goins, Assistant Branch Manager, jumped into action and did not let up until she had resolved the situation.We were so upset over the way this was being handled by the Aberdeen Branch that we were ready to take our banking needs, both business and personal elsewhere. The Aberdeen Branch simply had no idea how to investigate or provide assistance, let alone communicate with the member professionally. They were even rude. Ms. Rochelle Goins is very knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. We thanked God for her. We have the highest respect for this woman. As a result of Ms. Rochelle Goins, and her alone, we decided to stay with APGFCU. I have the highest respect for this woman. We hope you appreciate and value her. (Five stars for Ms. Goins!)

Belcamp branch is one of the worst branches. The atm in the back is always broken/out of service. The front door atm area is always closed or locked. So how does someone get money out from Any of the atm’s at this location. I had to drive to Edgewood to get money out. At least they could unlock the lobby so we could use that atm.I see the message to me fromThe owner. The message still doesn’t say when it will be fixed. It also doesn’t say why they don’t unlock the front lobby atm while the other is down. This would be one heck of a good thing if this were to happen. Thanks again,Update I received a call from one of managers tell me the atm was fixed last Thursday.Friday I went to the location and the atm is still not fixed. The atm does not withdrawal money. The machine says unavailable.So I was lied to .Saturday went to the location and still the same issue.Sunday same issue.Monday same issue.What a joke. Lies lies lies.Over the weekend the atms were down again at this branch.Someone tried to use my card over the weekend in Florida and they called me. I can’t get a new card at the branch bc again the card machine is down. Now I have to get a card mailed to me. Is everything not working at this bank. I think it’s time to change banks.

Assistant Branch Manager, Rochelle, provided great customer service today. She was very informative, patient, kind, professional and was sincerely interested in our best financial and personal wellbeing. She answered all of our questions and help with our accounts.Her co-workers were quick to get involved when Rochelle had questions. All of the branch employees were very nice and seemed to all get along. A great place to work leads to great customer service. Definitely recommend doing business with APGFCU-Riverside Branch!!!

Convenient location... just a waste of your time to even attempt to stop by. ATM always broken and getting things solved in a timely fashion doesn’t seem to be a priority.

I worked with Jenn knopp and I was in and out after dreading opening a new bank account. She made it very easy to open a checking and savings account and was super friendly. Customer service skills are extravagant she understands customers want to be in and out with the information they want and need. Highly recommended.

Convenient location and frriendly staff. Amanda is an absolute joy of an employee, helpful AND knowledgeable! Helped me get a new debit card and high-yield checking account. Plus she always says my dog is cute so A+ in this guy's book!!
