I have been coming to this branch for 20 years. I went in today to deposit cash into my account. I unfortunately left my wallet home but I had my license on my phone. They wouldn't accept my license or let me deposit my money into my account. They have greeted me every time I come in. I recognize the faces of most of the people that work there and even know alot of their names. The manager came over to explain to why Welks Fargo who in her words,"is one of the big banks, doesn't accept deposits without a ID or debit card. I explained that she knows me because she has assisted me many times. She than said, completely out of ignorance I assume, that she didn't know me. What a reaaly stupid thing to say. Even if she didn't know me why on earth would she make such a stupid statement to someone who already stated that they had been coming to this branch for 20 years. She than went on to tell me that other banks weren't as BIG as Wells Fargo. I have hung in with bank thru all the acquisitions until it eventually became Welks Fargo. I hung in there with all the bad publicity they have gitten over the tears. But when I can't even be acknowledged after 20 years maybe it is time for me to close my account with the BIg BANK and move on. By the way I looked at the Google reviews fir this branch in Belair and they have a 2.8 rating. Very poor

This teller was rude and condescending. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I am done with the lack of customer service at WF.

Customer service is terrible. I go to the drive through to make it quick and all of a sudden, your driver's license and your debit card and check are not good enough. Now they now have to ask your phone number and send you a text to verify that it's you. God forbid you would ask for any of your own cash. All the while people in the next lane are flying through one after another. I think it's time to switch to a smaller bank that knows how to treat their customers.

This sport was quite busy when I went and the tellers did their best to help everyone and answer their questions to get them on their way. Luckily for me, the banker had time to help us due to another cancellation. So, we were able to make an account and Kevin (L) Stone was seriously the kindest person ever. He asked questions and helped the process along. It was chill, friendly, and the service couldn't have been better!! Hands down, such a welcoming and comfortable experience!! Thank you!!

Wow the customer service was terrible my new wife and I wanted to add each other's names to existing accounts. We were told we had to make an appointment for tomorrow. The lady was at her desk doing nothing said she had an appointment at 12 noon but I guess we interrupted her game of solitaire on her computer. Lousy service no wonder your branches are closing due to lack of customers more like the lack of customer service WESBANCO HERE WE COME!!

What a sad world we live in when banks turn you away when trying to deposit cash in a family members acct. Instead they want a check or money order. What??? Since when does a bank prefer a check deposit over cash!!

I visited branch and was amazed by the A1, world class customer service I was given. Ms.Diane was patient, friendly, and very informative. 10 out of 10.
