I had the worst experience I’ve ever had. With Verizon for 30 years. I went in and purchased a new phone. The salesman who sold the phone messed me up. Lost all my names on my phone. But have the phone numbers? I asked him to put Right with speech so I could talk into my phone. He did not know how to do that. He had several people helping. When they got it done. The next day, I lost it. I went back in the store where five representatives that work there One customer in the store. And the salesman told me to google it or YouTube it, but he cannot help me and turn this back and walked away. I came back the following day and the only one that could fix my phone. Was the woman that works there. When I told the manager, he just looked at me like to say, hurry up and leave. He was no help either.. All he could do is look at me. Very sad

Came in today after having a horrible experience at the third party store down the street. Jessica was by far amazing she was able to pull up the transaction I started online she was even able to honor the online discounts service was great and customer service was also great. If you are looking to join VZW I highly recommend Jessica.

Had an issue with my sons new phone. Was able to walk in and have it fixed quickly and by a very knowledgeable and personable member of the staff. They even took the time to show my son what they were doing so he would understand.

The representative did not seem like she wanted to be at work today. She wasn't willing to help me at all with my upgrade and blamed the issues on my plan. She told me I needed to leave and call customer service. I have worked for Verizon for 10 years had my service with them for 15 years. None of my sales reps would have ever sent a customer er out the door without a resolution to their issue.

I was in need a a new charging cable. While at the store, I could also make an account change. The wait was for assistance was long. The sales representative assigned to my request was rude, unhelpful, and made even the simplest requests drudgery. This was for a charging cable, not an iPhone. I was treated like a criminal, not a customer. The sales representative refused to make the change on my account without legal papers. I went online to Verizon Wireless, and the chat rep. took care of my account change without a wait or documentation. I am mentioning the request of legal documents, is not policy, nor has it ever been for the past 23 years I've been with Verizon Wireless. A major red flag for potential identity theft. the overpriced charging cable that I purchased that day became defective after a few months. I refused to return to the Bel Air location for a replacement under warranty. I went online, and the representative took care of the replacement immediately, with no wait, and received the next day. The dismal treatment I received inspired this review. I have been to other Verizon stores (corporate stores as they are called alternatively), and have always had excellent service. Prior to this visit, I had a faulty cable, waited for 20-30 minutes for the employee to return from the closed off portion of the store, with a "new cable". Guess what? The charging cable was defective and had to exchange that a week later. Too much time wasted waiting for help. I could purchase a charging cable in 5 minutes at Target or Walmart. Employees making their up their own policies to benefit themselves result in less customer traffic at this location. Most of all, customer service is absent at this store. What kind of show is running at this location? It's a circus of misery. Future Verizon purchases will be done online. Management is aware of the unsatisfactory reviews, but doesn't care, issuing canned responses to the complaints.

This Verizon store has poor customer service and the staff are uneducated about their phones. If you ask them a basic question about any phone, they will fail open and will tell you to look it up on their website. If I could get the information on their website, I would not be going into their store. Additionally, if your phone is damaged and no longer works, they still require you to obtain a confirmation text to your number to verify your identity which doesn't make any sense. If you ask if you can put your sim card in any spare phone in the store so you can receive that confirmation text, they will tell you that they cannot do that. I cannot comprehend how a phone store has no usable phone for customers in situations like this. Their poor customer service has been consistent over the last 6+ years and I do not recommend going to this store.

NEWI went Saturday to upgrade my phone. The lady that helped me was rude I told her about herself then her attitude change she didn’t know anything about the Apple phone did not answer any of my questions because she did not know anything I could not get her out of my mind so I went to Verizon at White marsh and returned my phones and got a refund didn’t feel like giving them my money!!!!Then she only gave me 220.00for my phone.Then I went to the Apple store they gave me 460.00 for my trade-in Apple Store… Please don’t go to Verizon you lose out money plus they don’t know how to deal with the Apple phones. Your best bet is to go to the Apple store directly.

For Reference: Came in for an upgrade and trade-in.Staff are very nice and, despite being understaffed, made sure to urgently address each customer that walked in. Jason (the manager) was great and very knowledgable.The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is for the poor installation of my screen protector; It was given to me with bubbles and streaks. And for $50 I would expect that to not happen. I plan on coming in and hopefully a new one can be properly installed.
