My daughter flipped her car and they towed it to their yard. The owner was very nice, helped me with just taking the car for salvage and taking some money off the bill. Even gave my daughter a pep talk about driving and was sincerely happy to see her and that she was still alive( only by the grace of God) . Very nice owner and helpful..

Do not use for inspections. Inspector failed items that were clearly correct. The owner just said “well he is new, just appease him”

Joe at US1 helped me out in a pinch! I'm in the area on vacation and needed a wheel and tire since my rim got bent and the tire was trashed. He was able to get a replacement for me, the price was very reasonable, and they changed out my tire in 20 minutes! Absolutely fantastic service and helpful folks! Thanks, Joe and US1 sales & service!

The owner of this business is plain Terrible Terrible Terrible!! My 80 yr old Aunt's truck was involved in an accident on 2/24/23. Her son was driving when a car turned and hit him from the side then it flipped and rolled over. The truck was basically totaled and after the accident it was towed to US 1. I called today around 1:30 and spoke to Austin to see if we could come get my Aunts belongings out of the truck. Austin told me we can and that they close at 5 just be there before then. When we got there the owner Joe was at the front desk and told my Aunt she is not allowed to get anything from her truck and it is his "right" to deny her access to her vehicle. He also said that there is nothing of value or importance in her truck for her to get. So that means he went through her vehicle without her knowledge or consent so who knows what he may have stolen from her truck. He was so worried about money and getting paid from the insurance company. My Aunt's son kept his tools in the trunk for work and he wouldn't even allow us to get them. I had to call the police which the officer confirmed there is no law that states a tow company can hold your belongings until the insurance company settles your claim. The officer said there's nothing he can do since this is a civil case. Joe was VERY rude and belittling to my 80 year old Aunt. He said he's been doing this job for 30 years and heard every story and her story doesn't matter. He doesn't care what she wants to get from her car she's not getting it! I guess it made him feel more of a big man to talk down on an elderly woman who has been struggling all week with the insurance company and getting answers on what to do next. She's out of a car now doesn't have money for a new one and just want to get some of her belongings out. Joe has no compassion or concern for anybody but himself. I'm sure he takes for advantage of any elderly customer coming there to get their car worked on and up charges them. How u treat people will come back to u Joe in one way or another!

I can not begin to explain how AMAZING Austin and his garage is! Very trustworthy, very reasonably priced, very friendly! Our car broke down on Christmas morning and I was worried it was the whole transmission! I stopped in the day after Christmas and Austin was friendly from the second I walked in! He towed our car back to our shop, looked it over, figured out it wasn’t the transmission, figured out what was wrong with it and quickly got my family’s only car back on the road! Car service gives me anxiety, but I will never take my car anywhere else other then US1 Sales & Service and Austin and team! Thank you!

US 1 owner Joe, handled the purchase of my used SUV- just great. Joe helped me completely look it over, answered my questions and explained the features. I decided it is the vehicle I wanted and I wanted new tires so he recommended the Nokian brand top of the line to last a long time like 80,000 miles. I appreciate Joe looking out for me for the long run. Took delivery Monday. Mechanic Austin a good guy too explained an issue with the hood he had fixed for the inspection. My wife and I have had service here for years on our vehicles and we appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Joe has been the owner here for decades. Glad to support a local businessman who employs local service staff in the area. Totally recommend US 1 Sales and Service. Thanks guys!

Took them over a week to order the parts and fix my ac compressor and catalytic converters only to have the engine light come back on the first 24hrs of getting it back on with the cause being that catalytic converter. Took them over a week to get the part so they said T find out they didn't even replace the part the second time they "salvaged the exhaust". 2 days later engine light came on again was told it was another converter they could have the part there by 2pm that day. 2 days later no parts ordered. The excuse the owner gave was I only have one mechanic.

Had a battery changed for the car with AAA discount. Service was not long and they checked the alternator and old battery to make sure it needed changing first. Good service and knowledgeable people.

Had a rebuilt engine put into my car and it came back leaking oil from apparently every gasket installed. Took it back and they wanted to charge to correct (original bill was not a bargain) so I took it elsewhere.
