Absolutely gorgeous wedding venue. Their brunch wedding option was incredible (catered by Dean & Brown) and their staff is phenomenal. Absolutely do not hesitate to book. As another reviewer mentioned, they provide fairytale experiences. Far exceeded even my own expectations!! Completely timeless venue. They have done an amazing job up-keeping and restoring the mansion.

We chose The Liriodendron as our wedding venue and it was absolutely amazing. The mansion is stunning and the outdoor ceremony space and terrace are so romantic and magical. The staff are great to work with too, especially Cathy who really went above and beyond to help make our day go smoothly.

The Liriodendron hosts most Wednesdays, a group of artists. We meet, discuss art and share what we are working on.

This was an absolutely amazing venue, with staff that were right on top of everything, making sure each guest felt special. They were so attentive to everyone’s needs and Donna, Joanne and Susan were warm and welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly and everyone was happy! I recommend this gorgeous venue more than words can say; thank you to all for making my grandson’s wedding so truly beautiful! I am deliriously happy and grateful for all who made it so special ❤️

Amazing place, amazing experience, tons of history, friendly staff, hours will vary especially if there's an event, but worth visiting at least once and touring the grounds including the inside of the house

Beautiful location and building. This is a take you back in time place and I was shocked that the be open house was only a suggested $5 donation. I believe the mansion runs entirely on donations and it was beautifully maintained. The open house was a great way to get to see the building while supporting a good cause and local vendors.

Honestly one of our favorite mansions to shoot at. We capture weddings at mansions throughout the MD area and this is by far our favorite. The art on the walls in the bridal sweet somewhat spoil the aesthetic depending on the artist being featured, but nothing a little photoshop doesn’t fix.
