TLE is amazing! It is like a family at this location, the curriculum centers around opportunities for working parents to actually engage with their child thru take home activities, workbooks, and daily communication. Highly recommend this center

We have been at TLE Bel Air for over 4 years and have had a wonderful experience. Having experienced other childcare centers, we know that TLE is the best of the best. They have caring, knowledgeable and experienced teachers. Communication with teachers and management is frequent and they are always accessible. The curriculum is fun and engaging, allowing both of our daughters to thrive at TLE. They plan fun events, welcome parents and family in for mystery readers or other showcases, and have built a safe, loving environment. Our community is truly lucky to have this center in the area and we will be very sad to leave in a few months when our youngest heads to kindergarten!

Phenomenal center. Our daughter enjoyed school at her last center but now she is THRIVING! She looks forward to go to school every day to learn and play. I haven't seen her leave without a smile since she started this past summer. The staff is also excellent incorporating new concepts the little ones build upon every day. Last, the facilities are clean and taken care of. Can't ask for anything else!

We love TLE! From day 1, our toddler knew this was the place for him. After a not-so-great experience at a different local daycare, we were hesitant to enroll our son somewhere else. On orientation day, my son sat right down with other friends and was ready to play! You can tell the teachers love the kids, the center puts a lot of thought into the education curriculum. Every day my son gets pumped to go to "school!"

I honestly cannot say enough positive things about this facility. The staff is always very helpful and pleasant. For the year my daughter attended, she just thrived. It prepared her immensely for kindergarten. She continues to talk about her amazing teachers and friends she's made there to this day. It was one of the best decisions our family has ever made.

As a former employee and parent of almost 4 years with TLE Bel Air I couldn’t recommend this daycare more! As a parent, you want what’s best for your child and I can honestly say thats what we’ve gotten from TLE Bel Air. My child has learned so much and has created great relationships with peers as well as teachers. They offer so much from the curriculum to events. As an employee, I had the best time. They have a strong management team and they really strive to make your time at TLE happy. I’m so grateful for management being so supportive and flexible. The work environment is great as well! Super friendly coworkers who become like family ❤️

TLE was our family's home for almost 3 years. Our son loved the school, curriculum, and everyone there. They foster a family environment every day. We met and still have so many good friends from TLE. Truly much more than a preschool. Blessing to the community to have such an amazing group of caring people.

Let me first start by stating I should’ve known when I saw all 5-star ratings, a little skeptical but optimistic. The school is not diverse whatsoever. You have aids that I am assuming are high schoolers or just getting into college that are receiving some credit hours just to throw in a sprinkle of diversity but no. I should’ve known the lack of communication when it came to enrollment, non-thorough tours, and the lack of enthusiasm from the teachers. Let’s begin with meeting my child's teacher. A date was scheduled but upon arrival, no one was expecting me, a meeting was held at the time I was scheduled to arrive. On top of my arrival, it seemed as though the teacher didn’t know I was scheduled to meet her. No welcome packet was printed, and no sit down to be able to chat about her new student nothing of that nature. What I received was a passing by because the children were out on the playground by themselves the teacher forgot something inside. When introduced the teacher looked surprised to see me and I am assuming in a rush to get back to her students who were outside by themselves since she was the only teacher for that class. I asked her in that brief 2-minute introduction if there was anything my child needed to bring in her first day since she had to get back to the other children, and she responded just a blanket for nap time. Of course, I asked how often the blanket and sheet come home she replied some parents like to take it home every day or every week depending on their preference. That concluded my scheduled visit to her teacher. My child was there for one week, I asked my child every day how was her day the first two days she came back with an incident that happened to her but no call home to her parents about the incidents of my child being called “pumpkin head”, “potato head”, shoved, pulled on, squeezed and lastly spit on. When trying to communicate with the teacher about the generic about me flier subject that I received from a different teacher by the way upon accidentally I had to retrieve my child's cupcakes and water bottle from her original classroom because no one told me that they would be in a different classroom after certain hours. Back to the email that I sent the teachers do not get any of the information it has to be filtered through the front desk staff who doesn’t know anything that happens in the classroom which is very frustrating to have to communicate with a middleman instead of having access straight to the teacher. The second day I proceeded to take time off of work to come up there to speak to the teacher or the front desk staff but no one of importance was available her teacher was absent that day go figure. I had enough when she was spit on and the problems with transparency of billing, the lack of communication and accountability. My child was looking forward to starting a new school and meeting new friends and had to endure that behavior from the students and a lack of effort to resolve the situation from the staff. Diversity and inclusion matter where you send your child to school.

TLE has become family to us! The teachers and staff are AMAZING! I am so sad that my son no longer attends (as he has now ventured to grade school) but we know we can always stop by to say hi :) As a parent you will not be disappointed by this wonderful school!

TLE Bel Air has been the most incredible experience for my child! My child has learned so much from learning how to read, learning spanish words and developing wonderful relationships with friends. The front office staff Kim, Sarah, Jill have been incredible with their communication style and loving nature of children. Ms. Roxy has taught my child so much, all before the age of 5! Their graduation that they host was top notch and showed just how much they care and love every single child. TLE put so much effort and love into it and left me speechless. We miss TLE a lot, and we know that all of the knowledge and experience, my child will take into Kindergarten. TLE has prepared my child for elementary school and beyond. Thank you for the wonderful years. The teachers are incredible, with barely any turnover which shows what an amazing place this is to work and for children to learn.

Our children have been at TLE Bel Air for over 3 years and we have had an exceptional experience. The teachers are loving caregivers who focus on providing a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow and thrive. The management team is present, responsive, and extremely engaged in all aspects of the center. Our oldest just completed Kindergarten and as a result of the curriculum at TLE she excelled and was an early reader. We can’t recommend the TLE Bel Air center enough and will truly miss it when our youngest moves on to elementary school.

TLE Bel Air is hands down the best daycare we have ever experienced! They have excellent staff in all aspects of the facility. I couldn’t feel more comfortable leaving my two kids in their care. The teachers go above and beyond with class activities and parent communication. Every teacher my kids have had are extremely experienced, have attention to detail and very trustworthy. They have all helped my kids through tough transitions without batting an eye. The leadership at TLE is hands on and proactive as well. It’s clear they take safety very seriously. There are always at least two to three people at the front desk during high traffic pick up and drop off hours and they happily jump in to help as needed…I’m especially thankful for them when one of my kids is having an emotional drop off! I really could go on and on about this center. They don’t even compare to the two other daycares we’ve experienced…TLE Bel Air is unbelievable and I’m so happy my kids go there!

My son (3 years old), has been enrolled at TLE Bel Air for over two years now and my family and I are 110% satisfied. As I type this review, there’s not enough words that describes how great this learning center and the entire staff are overall. The very well structured curriculum and the fun learning activities, my son comes home telling me all about, engaging school spirit week, and special incentives for the parents. So elated we chose this location! We toured a few centers closer to our home and did not get the same approach. 10 stars!

We absolutely love The Learning Experience (Bel Air)! My son has been going here for just about a year and I honestly couldn't love it more. The owners, staff and teachers are all incredible people. They make you feel so comfortable and welcomed as soon as you walk in the front door! I can't tell you how much my son has grown in the last year here in his confidence, his social skills and his learning! This school blows me away with their curriculum and their activities! My absolute favorite part is the app that allows us, parents, to receive picture updates all throughout the day. To see the joy and excitement on his face all day is priceless! Thank you TLE Bel Air for being such a huge part of our lives.... we are forever grateful that we found you!

We are overwhelmed with our excellent experience with TLE Bel Air. We decided to move from another center and we couldn’t have made a better choice for our children. At our previous center my 2yo cried every morning at drop off. Since moving to TLE they have been all smiles heading into school! That alone speaks volumes. Additionally, the owner and directors go above and beyond to ensure the center is safe and secure, clean and tidy and welcoming and friendly. It has made for the perfect environment for our little ones to excel and feel comfortable with those around them. We absolutely love TLE and highly recommend it to any family looking for child care.
