I was Swindled out of my money. A couple of months ago, I purchased ceramic coating for two years. I was told the vehicle would be shinier because it was black and would always have a gloss. When I picked it up, I saw Imperfections and was told it was the dealership's fault. After the work was completed, I returned, and the pleasant customer initially provided was now cold and dismissive. Today, I went to a hand car wash. I asked whether they thought the vehicle had been ceramic coated, and I was told they waxed and buffed it, but no ceramic coating was used. I paid $290 for a wax. A ceramic coating would not leave water marks even after it’s been wiped down several times.

My 2011 Buick Lacrosse looks like a new car. The windows were so clean, I couldn't tell if they were up or down. I will definitely come back for my next detailing.

My wife and I both had our cars detailed and we are both very satisfied. They look like new. We both got the $215 exterior package ( polish & sealant ). Josh is a very knowledgeable and great to deal with. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this establishment. Thank you Josh & Crew!

Hello. I’ve had many cars tinted but this place over the years and all was good until my tint started failing. Only on one window of my Silverado truck that was tinted when vehicle was brand new. They said they would fix under warranty with a receipt. Of course I have every receipt for all the other job’s they’ve done except this one. So they won’t help me they said actually told me to get off the premises! After being a loyal customer for years! So that’s why I’m writing a review now. I was also gifted a detail for my birthday from my wife on my Corolla and was very unhappy with the job they did on that as well a few years ago leaving wax behind and not cleaning door jams at all. Owner told me today that if he isn’t making money he’s not doing any work period and doesn’t care about customer loyalty! They also do not keep customer information that would prevent this situation in the first place. Like I said this one is the only receipt from the work they’ve done that I don’t have. Computers can keep records forever but this place expects paper receipts to last forever and could care less about their customers. Thank you for reading. Hopefully this helps you make a decision about using this place. A place I’ve trusted for years!

Very disappointed. They did not attempt to make it better when I pointed out the areas that were missed. Never pay until you are satisfied and look over your car first. The owner Tracy did not want to be bothered. They had car for 9 hours which they said would be 5-6. I drove by twice and my car was just sitting behind the building.

Do not go to them for tinting I ask to get a longer black strip for the windshield. They said we can't do it gave me a kiddy strip that doesn't block the sun. I went back to my only tint place I go to Iconic tint Pulaski Hwy. They got the job done!

I had to write a review because The Auto Salon exceeded every one of my expectations. I got a full detail today, and my car needed a lot of cleaning trust me. Now, my car looks like it did when it came off the dealership lot, maybe even better. They were able to fit me in on short notice as well which I greatly appreciated. 2nd time getting detailed this time with interior, looks brand new got all the water marks and most scratches out of the pain, went back the next day to get tint done for a third time with them looks great as well, gave me calls to update on the status of my car.

Phenomenal place! Good prices, high quality, and warranty virtually everything they touch! If your tint is damaged due to the install or anything they just fix it, no mess, no fuss. Can’t complain. Will come back again!

I recently had Auto Salon detail the interior and exterior of my vehicle. I have 2 young kids and the car interior was an absolute mess. The Auto Salon did a phenomenal job. *UPDATE* They actually gave me $75 back which I do greatly appreciate and will update my rating to reflect. That being said the below still applies.Maybe best to avoid. This place came highly recommend, however after having our vehicle for over 7 hours and charging us over $200 (upcharge for extra dirty, which was just some extra stains from the previous owner, and it being a larger vehicle, a small SUV at that) they missed soooo much throughout the entire vehicle it's honestly ridiculous. The headliner had some kind of shaken up soda stains that it seems they only attempted to get half of as they clearly stopped trying towards the front of the vehicle. This wouldn't be a problem if they were actually just too difficult to remove. They told me "if we didn't get it out then it won't come out". Well with a toothbrush, some generic cleaner, and barely any effort at all the stains in the headliner came out no problem. They did a bad job wiping the glass down with streaks and smudges all over. Some areas weren't wiped down at all like behind the rear view mirror and literally just half of the glass on the moon roof. And then there were a variety of stains on the hard plastic throughout the car that I guess they just didn't feel the need to get to, because with a magic eraser I was able to remove them fairly easily (in one of my pics you can see the halfway line where I cleaned with the magic eraser to see the difference) . They also didn't touch the trunk pull out cover in the back at all. The leather seats and the carpets came out great though! Like seriously great. It's a shame they didn't take the same time on the rest of the vehicle. When I called to complain once I realized the severity of what they left behind they offered to have us bring it back in to have them take a look at. Unfortunately we don't live in the area and literally had planned a visit there to have the car detailed at this place. So instead I was able to convince them to refund $25 of the $225 total (less than even just one of the upcharges mind you). So was this detailing worth $200? Absolutely not. I will not be returning to this detailing place and the management clearly needs to both teach his workers how to do a better job, and inspect the final result much closer because this is truly unacceptable
