Went into the store today to make a return. I was approached by Terry whilst looking through the sale rack and asked if I had found anything, and also “how about the friend that came in with me”… It was asked in a tone that was almost like accusatory which I didn’t appreciate or deserve. I had come into the store by myself so it was confusing. No one else was in the store. Very strange.

I needed a dress for a special occasion. Nancy, the sales clerk, kept locating dresses for me. Nothing was fitting g just right. Then she brought me a dress that fit just right and made me feel like a princess. Nancy then kept trying to find me a bolero jacket at another Talbots. None available. Her manager stepped in and showed me how to adjust a shawl/jacket a few different ways. Viola! A beautiful ensemble! Thank you very much. Go to Talbots for personal service. I will be back.

Great people at constant friendship location. Everyone is fun, helpful & wonderful. Brittany picked up on my style quickly & was great to help me pull a few outfits together. Thank you Brittany! I’ll be back in touch soon! So thankful this pandemic is over! From an 8 to several sizes larger since last September. I really needed help!

Nice store but three very busy ladies work there and with no other person in the store.....they were too busy to notice I was there.I made a return and was shopping around in the store when I realised I did not get my receipt so I went back to the counter. She said, "Oh yes your receipt is in the trash". I had to retrieve it myself. I looked at her and asked "why didn't you tell me that I left it at the counter".....,well this unprofessional lady said, "I didn't notice you were still in the store"! I'll say she didn't notice! She was too busy to notice her customers.I can't believe Talbots spends money on 3 sales people in an empty store that ignore their only customer!!!

My Mother and Aunts love this store so I decided to take a lot. They have so many styles to choose from. I purchased a dress which the sales lady said was a very popular. This is now my new store!

Been shopping at Talbots over 20 years, they are the only shop that carries a great selection of petite clothing. Great customer service, all associates are very helpful and friendly and will help you put styles together. If they don't have your size in stock, they will find it for you. Highly recommend Talbots in Bel Air.
