While discussing the available phones I was told by the person "assisting" me, "That's a question for Google." Skip this store and go to one in the Festival of Bel Air. The wait is worth the excellent service.

Best of the best!!! I’m so grateful for how above and beyond and exceptional customer service I got today, my phone was so messed up, and Charlie fixed it, so nice and humble, he make it work, I was told that it wasn’t going to work like in 24 hrs or something like that, but he worked his magic and made the difference, Thank you so much ; D

Aw man I forget the gentleman's name that helped my lady and myself however dude was fantastic. Both guys there were a pleasure to work with. Got me out of Verizon and in with t mobile. Would Def recommend this location to anyone.

Got lied to about promotions. We switched from AT&T because it was going to reduce our bill. 2 months in and promotions promised are not being honored. We were told by customer service “that’s why we don’t like customers to set up at the stores because they don’t know how promotions work” . That’s a T-Mobile problem, yet I’m paying for it. Our bill is now $50 more than our AT&T bill was. We are switching back to AT&T. Never again.

If you are in the market for a new phone service do not go to T-Mobile in Bel Air my service was set up and it was supposed to be on autopay and my bill was supposed to be $150 a month now my bill is $220 a month and they don't know why and can't answer me any questions they are a ripoff and scam

Jevoi was great! I bought a new phone online and had to trade in my old one. He was very helpful with that even though they were very busy that day. A few days later I decided I did not like the new phone and he helped me return it and get one that is better. He was very helpful and nice. I will only go to this store from now on.

Yesterday I was at the T-mobil store 586 Baltimore Pike Belair, MD. At 8/15/2022 around 3:30 pm.I have a problem can't send or receive Short code on my cellphone. There were two employees inside the store. Male employee was busy, lady was free.So, I headed towards it lady. I started to tell her about the problem, and the lady started laughing to my face and I said, "Why are you laughing?" She turned the other side she said to other employee I don't undertand what is he talking. Looks like she did not care. May be i was not able to explain clearly. Her behaves was not nice. This is I felt.It bothered me that she was acting like an disrespectful and rude. She has no idea about the problem, and She's trying to give me advice on it.I don't think the lady can be a saleswoman or a client representative needs training.I've been and my family members a T-mobile customer for over 10 years. I have never ever had situation.The male employee was listening to us, so he got in. He said, he had the same problem. I called tech services and they figured it out.The male employee was nice, kind and helpful. Thank you for him.I came home, called the T- mobile customer service, the client representative did not solve the problems. But, did hers best.The client representative said they opend a ticket for the problem.They will call me in three days. I'm expecting call tomorrow.I've been living in Belair, MD since 1999, and I'm also a business owner.I have staff, too, always be kind and helpful to the customers.Sometimes there are mistakes with customers, but we focus on solving the problem. We're not disrespecting or arguing with the client. Our job is to solve the problem, not create the problem.Sincerely,
