Prices are to high and charge 10 to make a payment want you to have a automatic withdrawal from your card [I am not giving my info to anyone and sometimes double charge your account] they suck

I would give zero stars if allowed. The representative, Tony, at Bel Air Festival location was incredibly rude and on top of his poor attitude he kept walking around the shop throwing his keys around in his hand. I assume that somehow that makes him feel important? He is definitely not someone that I would want to represent my business. T-Mobile I think you have some cleaning up to do in your staff department. If it was entirely up to me I would totally do away with our T-Mobile services but my husband seems to think the poor quality service is good enough. I would like to say that the Aberdeen locations are both excellent. Their representatives are wonderful and I’ve had great experiences. If they had had the iPhone 14 pro max 256 in stock I would have gone to one of those locations. Festival did have it in stock and I still left without a new phone on my birthday. I will NEVER return to Festival… ended up ordering online.

Staff isn't knowledgeable. Had a sim card changed, they didn't bother to update the IMEI and Sim Id number so my phone didn't work.

Dannii is AMAZINGGGGGGG! I was having trouble with my apps since my phone updated and he knew what to do right away. He was patient (we tried more than one fix) and gave me the run down of what to expect. His directions were clear and he was super personable. I am always weary about customer service, you really never know what you'll get...it can feel real salesy sometimes but he gives off a great energy and was definitely bright light for me.

Okay where do I start…Dannii, THANK YOU! you are awesome, thank you for all of your help with setting up my new phone and getting literally everything transferred for me. It was seriously the smoothest process with Dannii. My mom came with me, he made us feel welcomed. Most stores they just want sales but this store in particular, everyone was amazing. Steve, the manager; great guy as well! Thank you again Dannii for all of your help! I really appreciate you!

Recommend avoiding this location. Like several other reviewers, we went in to inquire about a new service. After a long wait and seeing people that came in after us serviced first, we walked out.

Proceed with caution, you never know the service you will get. As Sprint customers it's been kind of a nightmare with the transition to T-Mobile. Generally we try to do things on-line, but sometime do have to go into the store.If you are adding a line there is generally no issue, but you have to make sure they don't add the insurance prior to leaving. It will take you 3 months of frustration to get your money back.However if there is an issue with your account like missing credits, back orders or repair work or any question requiring thought and a willingness to actually help a customer, run away.It's not worth your frustration or time. Do yourself a favor and wait on hold for the 2 hours to talk with a customer service rep. At least you'll be a home and not standing in the store waiting for one of the four "salespeople" to stop talking to each other long enough to not help you.
