I 1st want to thank for staff at this location for the best customer service here , we were helped with all our questions, needs & wants . The beds we tryed were to our needs & i have to say I know I will enjoy what I purchase & will update 30 days after I receive my bed. But overall great customer service.Update: I dropped it down to a 3 star because in store customer service was really good , but not being satisfied with the bed I purchased & my body couldn't use of the bed , my partner couldn't get use to it as well , I tossed & turned most of the night where to I got in my old bed , my beauty rest & slept much better. The sleep number didn't help my back of leg problems so we had to return it , customer service gave my partner hell on returning it so he had to call on me to make sure to return it but if I have known we still would have pay alittle over $4,000 because the adjustable is not replaceable or returnable & we was told it was free with the bed purchased I would have stuck with not getting it at all now we are stuck with this bill , unhappy, word of caution to those who looking to buy a sleep number saying the lift is free , it's not & read your receipt & ask questions before you commit.

This is not our first sleep number bed, so we didn't have patience for the full sales experience. Which they have to give you to prepare you for the price, which is hefty. The staff is friendly though and tailored their pitch to what we were expecting. I'm not rating the app (see the App Store) only the store and of course the bed. If you take one apart or buy one without doing research you might be surprised when you realize it's a glorified air mattress. But if you get the right level and type of topper/system, these mattresses are great. Body types, preferences, like on mine aka overweight woman over 50 with hot flashes and medical issues along with an issue with memory foam, I was down to sleep number or innerspring with a lot of add ons. I have bursitis in my hips and I sleep on my side thanks to back and neck issues.... So I was fairly certain the sleep number was the way to go depending on the price. Problem is, the equivalent regular mattress was going to wind up costing just as much or more (friends have one really expensive brand name free replacement type bed that they love, they've also had to have it replaced twice...). I opted for an older wired remote style adjustable frame (no bells and whistles) and I never use the auto adjustable air since it just wakes me up ( I'm a light sleeper due to pain), but I do love the bed. My hip pain no longer wakes me up or keeps me tossing and turning. I'm not waking up as often throughout the night which is huge for me personally. So I highly recommend it, though with all things the integration of technology on the new model concerns me and I keep reading horror stories on app reviews, that I personally haven't experienced, and hope I don't. Back to this store, Steve assisted me in making sure I got every deal I could in order to whittle the price tag down to something I could live with. So I highly recommend this location and sales person. I personally would have been happy with a few less calls/texts/emails from Steve and Sleep Number throughout the process, but it wasn't horrible and delivery was on time, fast, and the delivery folks were nice, even though they left before the process finished and I had to restart it and that freaked me out a bit until it went through, but no issues since and the bed is on the opposite side and floor of the Wi-Fi router in my home! Side note - back to our original sleep number bed- its going on 15 years old. While we were there, they looked it up and found it was still under partial warranty- so we ordered/replaced the sidewalls (older models were designed to look like a regular mattress that zippered open for the air mattress/es and had foam around the outside to keep it standing up/square and a separate zip-on topper depending on what level you bought at that time) and are waiting on delivery for a new pump for it - nothing wrong with our pump after 15 years, they just don't make our really old wireless "lollipop" remote anymore and ours is on its last legs, it still works, you just can't see what the number setting is- so for under $300 it's like getting a brand new bed! Support was very friendly also with handling and ordering, though we are still waiting on the pump/remote replacement system, which is delayed like a lot of things in the world right now, but I don't blame them for that too much. But even just the new sidewalls made a huge improvement since the really old ones were broken down because the hubby has never in 15 years filled the thing back up before getting in and out ...

Steve was a great sales rep! I called in advance, he was ready to help us when I arrived in person. Our purchase took 20 min. He got our beds set up on our phones, sold us sheets, and matress covers. Highly recommend this store. This is our 2nd purchase there.

I called the night before to confirm the time they were opening on Labor Day, 9:00am. Got to the store at 9 no one was there, as we drove away someone pulled in at 9:05am, and unlocked the doors. We turned around got back to the store at 9:12, the door was still locked. The female sales associate looked out the window at us, did not wave us to come back. I guess it was meant to be, we will be taking our $6000.00 and spend elsewhere.

Great service. Elizabeth was knowledgeable and thorough but not pushy or pressuring at all. And considering the cost of these beds that's super important. The store was clean and I would recommend it to anyone interested in spending a ridiculous amount of money for a "space bed". The future is now!

I was a complete skeptic until my husband convinced me to go. Scott was Amazing! it’s a bit awkward in the beginning but he made every step seamless. Friendly, Kind ,Patient, Knowledgeable, great sales team. We walked out new bed owners that day.

The Bel Air store is amazing! Elizabeth was so helpful. She listened to my needs, made suggestions based on those needs, and was so friendly. I did purchase a bed and am anxiously awaiting its arrival! I will be going back to this store for all of my Sleep Number needs. Not only are their beds amazing, but also the pillows and mattress pads are equally amazing. I will be stopping in there soon to purchase!
