Store has improved greatly! Takes a bit to get used to finding those products that you're used to in one aisle & now not there so ask the front desk or staff, they'll help you! Overall I'm pleased with the improvements.

I’m a lifelong Klein's customer… still recall the old store in Forest Hill where grandpa operated the cash register. The updates and improvements of the Main Street store are great. BUT, please turn off, or turn way down the volume of the music blaring on the parking lot! Let’s keep old Bel Air free of sounding like a fairground. Thanks!!

It was my first time and day ever in Maryland to visit my fiance we came here to shop. We was at the self checkout and was scanning my groceries. Well, the register asked for quantity, and I put how many I had and placed them in the bag. The woman that was at the self checkout ran up and asked me if I put something in the bag without scanning it. I informed her of what had happened, and she said we'll I have to check to my register to make sure. I felt really disrespected about this, and it embarrassed my fiance after her telling me this is her favorite store to shop. I will never go here again after being treated like this. If she had been doing her job instead of joking with her friend, she would have noticed what was going on. Besides, who is going to steal a $1.25 cucumber when there are other things worth more.

ShopRite is always a pleasant experience. They have extremely clean stores, and their staff is very well trained.

My favorite Market in Bel Air. It's not too big and it's very easy to shop in. They have a variety of different brands of chicken. Their Deli is ran like a fine tuned instrument. In the Summer they have fresh relatively local peaches, and other fruits, and vegetables. "I know it's technically ShopRite now..." However It will always be Kleins Market to me

Very helpful employees. Very good selection, especially good for a smaller store. Narrow aisles and entrance/exit.
